someone's probably already answered you, but it means overkill basically......they are saying the prosecution has already submitted evidence of this and now they're just adding to it......it's too much according to the defense, yeah i know lol
oh i agree with the judgeThe pictures are of the same room or items taken from different angles, lighting, etc. overkill yes,but the Judge said he could see wires in one pic but not as well in the other as an example.
Just read this - JH mother has written a book, a prayer book! WTH?
i haven't seen the book, but she didn't shoot up the theater....she's a victim too imoThat disgusts me!

i don't know.......and i also don't know where the money is going, maybe to a victim fund? not defending her, i just don't know.....and i can't imagine being her........sometimes the parents are victims too imoThat may be. But I just don't agree with her making money off of this. Was she an author before this? Pretty sure she was (is?) a nurse, right?

In a new book titled When the Focus Shifts: The Prayer Book of Arlene Holmes 2013-2014, she journals her feelings after the shooting that killed 12 people and injured 70 others in Aurora, Colorado, in July 2012.
About the book
Many people analyze mass shooters, including psychiatrists, journalists, and law enforcement. Frequently, the shooter dies in the attempt. In this instance, the accused shooter lives to face the death penalty. Few people have analyzed the effect on the family of an accused shooter facing the death penalty. This prayer book is a unique look at the aftermath of a mass shooting from the perspective of the accused's mother, as she prays her way through the pretrial court proceedings.
ETA - from People
In her foreword, Holmes says that she will donate the proceeds of her book to mental health services. "This book is being published to raise awareness of the immorality of the death penalty," she writes. "Severely mentally ill people need treatment, not execution."
