someone's probably already answered you, but it means overkill basically......they are saying the prosecution has already submitted evidence of this and now they're just adding to it......it's too much according to the defense, yeah i know lol

The pictures are of the same room or items taken from different angles,lighting, etc. overkill yes,but the Judge said he could see wires in one pic but not as well in the other as an example.

i don't know.......and i also don't know where the money is going, maybe to a victim fund? not defending her, i just don't know.....and i can't imagine being her........sometimes the parents are victims too imo

In this instance, the accused shooter lives to face the death penalty. Few people have analyzed the effect on the family of an accused shooter facing the death penalty. While I haven't read it either..But just maybe her insights due to her experiences with her son could give some pointer's to other's who may be raising such a child "time bomb"..I think the timing of it's coming out is far too soon..Maybe should have been after trial...

I agree Ms Queen Bee..The parent's are not responsible for their son's evilness ( they no doubt blame themselves more than we know)..I would also appreciate some portion of the profits would go to victim's of this massacre too!!

I did a bit more digging - edited my post to add that proceeds going to mental health services.

I am still not sure how I feel about it. I may be way off base. (wouldn't be first, nor last, time!)
