Took it to evidence collection area. There was a round in the chamber (ready to fire)

Im pretty sure I know the answer for here in US.
Here in the US, my understanding is that he could go free when he is ruled to be well enough to be released.

A perfect example is John Hinkley Junior and he is released now after trying to kill the president and shooting 2 others. Gravely wounding 1 of them who later died. Brady The brady law was wrote for his case.

So, for the defendent, i do think they would want to get an insanity decision over a prison sentence because they can get out eventually. Doctors are more likely to set them free because they try to help people get better. And its a doctors call once committed.

I totally agree. I think these people are amazing to be able to testify.

Me too. So brave to face that monster. Im surprised how close he is to the witnesses.

It would be tough to keep control and not try to bum rush him to try to punch his lights out.
With or without the bailiff there.

Ohhh WOW..Green Tipped which usually indicates "Armour Piercing" bullets...I wouldn't be surprised if that is factual...just like "Hollow point bullets" which are meant to explode when entering object <Puke> :gaah: :scared:

SIDE NOTE:

Pros says gun jammed and thats what stopped JH from shooting. Defense got witness to say it was not jammed
