FYI...there is testimony going on. But it's Edmunds. Who uses A LOT of word salad to get the witness to explain how an invoice works, and the information contained in the invoice.

ok, I guess the defense is trying to the best they can with what they have- but, IMO these objections during survivor testimony, is really annoying! I am very annoyed by the interruptions, & as a regular citizen, I have to think the jury might also find this very disrespectful & unnecessary. I know a defense strategy is to interrupt & stop the flow of testimony & maybe that’s what they are doing do important testimony that is important for the jury to hear! They stop them with the SAME objections, every time, (describing injuries & continued medical care) & judge overrules & explains why! IMO, it gives the impression that they want the injuries to be ‘secret’ & trying to minimize what the survivor’s trauma! The jury may have a problem with that. I sure do.
I am not talking about the ‘hearsay’ objections, nor do I need educated on why the defense has to do this. I just needed to express my opinion.
