Orman asks witness to demonstrate how JH was holding the gun. She holds up her arms and "aims" toward the jury. Mr Orman "Point towards me!"

Sorry...I know this is emotional testimony. But they occasionally do funny things!

Defence complaining that the model (of the theatre) has been altered and that one of the seats has been marked with a gunshot that was actually just a tear.

They also say that someone testified that it's not an accurate representation of the theatre anymore (with all the pen marks).

They are making such a big deal about this ONE spot being marked as trajectory when it is actually only a tear. OK, I get it. Let's be accurate.

But what about the other 239 actual trajectory impacts??? You think the jury is going to think that because there isn't 240 it's not a major problem that you client caused all of this destruction???

Is there some fine like at 239 that somehow isn't as impactful as 240????

In my experiences, people don't like to be locked into long apt leases. The shorter the better, so you can move if you have to instead of having to pay a lease breaking penalty. Usually people have to start at a year then drop down to 6 months/month to month.

@larryryckman: Spengler objects that theater model is now marked to show bullet impacts. She doesn't want #theatershooting witnesses pointing to it now.

@larryryckman: Part of her concern is jurors might think gunman was aiming at people in those seats that were marked by Maria Pettolina.

@larryryckman: One seat that was marked on model was not damaged by gunfire. It was already torn. No one has testified they sat there.

@larryryckman: Judge tells prosecution to remove the silver mark on the blue seat in the front row that wasn't hit by gunfire.

@larryryckman: Day 16 of the Aurora #theatershooting trial concludes. 11 witnesses called today, making 134 total since trial began.
