JH spent a huge amount on his card. Surely his parents must have co-signed if he was able to spend so much. When I got my first card I think my limit was around £500 (maybe $750). I think we are going to find out they did know about his spending.

Again - sorry - I am not so sure about the parents knowing. First purchases was May 10. I think it was a few hundred. That bill wouldn't have come until say, June 1. Then due at end of June. (of course, depending on the cycle of the card)

Most purchases were made later in June, early July. None of the totals we have seen so far have been more than a few hundred at a time.

He could have made payments with his stipend money, since he wasn't using it for anything other than rent, utilities and food. He wasn't partying, socializing, doing fun things - and his only hobby that we can gather was putting together a plan of mass murder!

I don't see this as anything to raise the flags for the parents.

@larryryckman: Apt. 6, which had bowed ceiling after #theatershooting, was occupied by Kaitlyn Fonzi, who called police with noise complaint on July 20

Mrs. Teesch-Maguire on deck

Kevin Campbell - not on victim list. So I think this is a friend of Micayla Medek.

ETA - Yup! I was right. I read someone on TDC say her friend was testifying today. Said this is going to be emotional.

WOW! So the ceiling from apartment below was bowed downward? From all of the gas seeping through, and warping the wood/drywall, I assume? That's crazy!!!

Crazy!! Didnt they complain?

I think that was after they noticed it. Since it was all in there for 3 days or whatever...but that is just my take on it.

Good points. I wonder if he thought it all through. When the statements would come through I mean. If he wanted to hide the purchases (assuming his parents were co-signees) he would have to work within a time frame.

But surely the parent's would put a credit limit on it IF they co-signed?? Once any card reaches it's limit it gets denied when trying to use it...BUT it never did according to testimony so far...IF parent's co-signed and unusual purchases for very large purchases..it's always questioned..part of protections for Identity theft ( I know..as a victim of that 1998 )..Unfortunately like any system..this hate filled, evil mindbended guy fell thru the cracks and parent's had no clue he was @risk ..SMH :blushing:

I am not so sure that co-signees get statements.

This witness is very cheery. I'm sure that will change once he gets into his testimony :(

I sure wish his parents had been a little bit more awake to what was happening to their son.

@larryryckman: Campbell: "It took me a while to comprehend what was going on." Heard loud bangs and bright flashes from muzzle.

@larryryckman: He grabbed Micayla. They went to the ground. He got in the fetal position.

IMO, this may have been a credit card for emergencies. He was living out of state. Can run into issues - need to get home suddenly or whatever. His parents aren't necessarily wealthy, but I would say upper middle class. But of course, all of this is speculation, since I really have no idea.

None of his purchases that I have seen have been over a few hundred at a time. Nothing to set off Identity Theft. And if it did, they would just call him and he would say "Yup! Those are my charges!" And that would be that!

Ive been posting Phil Tenser From Channel 7 News. Hes connected to the live feed. You didn't link to him. Is he ok?

Yes that's fine since it's Main Stream Media (MSM), I'll add to the OP.

Thanks!
