I think it just depends on judge and orders or motions decided prior to trial.
Many trials show the autopsy photos during online steaming. Ex. in AZ, Travis Alexander. Most trials do show autopsy photos as they need to prove the person was dead & how they died. In S. Africa, Pistorious trial live streamed, the Judge blacked out corner's testimony & photos-cameras went dark. Here, I'm not sure how far they need to go to prove these people died or how they died.

Why not every single person in the theater?

I watched the OP trial and I was glad the screens went dark. I only watched parts of the JA trial and I did see a couple of pictures I wished I hadn't.

Not sure they can make a blanket charge like that?? I think the charges are hinged on injuries actually documented in order to claim the attempted murder charges...Then of course the Death's move to 1st murder charges!

I think Civil Suits could come from anyone who could prove they were there if was able to flee un-injured...Just my thoughts :thinking:
