Yes, Dr Reid is not allowed to give any diagnosis of mental illness. The limit of his evidence is to say whether JH was insane or not.

After geared up, there was a corridor in back, went down that. Went out of sight. Outside around 2 min. total.

If he walked from car to door, it would have taken 15 seconds. Dr Reid points out it took more time than needed to get in
