Ohhh and another thing..He has declared over and over again he had no fear of consequences..Yet he lied because of what the consequences could be IF he told her everything...Yet another inconsistency!!!!!

I don't really think he wanted help..just experimenting and to get meds to see if he could fix his mind???? All without doing the proper counselling..SMH!!

Dr. William Reid told jurors he believes Holmes knew the consequences when he opened fire at a midnight Batman movie premiere, killing 12 people, wounding 58 and injuring 12 others in the ensuing chaos.

Reminded that his task was to determine whether Holmes was legally sane during the attack, Reid declared, “whatever he suffered from, it did not prevent him from forming intent and knowing the consequences of what he was doing.”

.......Did Holmes have a serious mental illness? “Yes.”

Despite that illness, did Holmes have “the capacity to know right from wrong” on July 19 and 20, the night of the attack? “Yes.”

Did Holmes have the capacity to form the intent to act after deliberation, and to act knowingly? “Yes.”

Respectfully, Isn't it part of the court appointed psychiatrist job to diagnose JH's type of mental illness? If Dr Reid has already fulfilled his court appointed duty, why is he still on the stand?

Also, I have listened to nearly every minute of this testimony.
