Reid surely got that point wrong- certainly JH DID want to be remembered as a murderer, as it goes to his wanting notoriety, be talked about in the future, not be seen as a weak loser. ( hence get the image right in the final photos, uploading those as the "final" images of him. )

Agree. I am really surprised at his answer to that. Not sure how he didnt realize JH wanted notoriety.

Courts in recess now for the weekend.

I love this judge. He even recognized that the next witness needs to be informed of the rules of his expert testimony and warned the PT to make sure they talk with him about the rules.

The judge doesnt want the witness to make the same kind of mistake the 1st witness made about giving his opinion too early with no basis and things like that.

Amazing judge here. JA trial needed him badly.

Everytime judge asks counsel to approach and they cut the Audio, I hear a loud "Squelch" and it scares the dickens out of me. LOL

Also
On some of the questions I keep expecting JH to jump up and say something like:
"NO that is not what I was thinking!!!" LOL

Nh would say "nope" lol

One last thought before I bail too.

I enjoy the commentary from the news channel people too. They have some good expert opinions of their own when they break from the live coverage and have their news folks on with some experts of their own. Its real interesting.
