When I was thinking of what it stood for, I suddenly thought, we don't even know if it was murder of Kelsey. Maybe PF wanted to murder someone close to her, her family member? I assume "solicitation of murder" means "murder of Kelsey", but even this has not been clearly spelled out, yet.
BBM Exactly. Maybe PF was exploring his options.
This was a 32-year-old man who was well and truly trapped. And he was the youngest child with whatever "entitlement" mentality that might bring.
On one side, he had a disabled mother who likely could not live alone. Since he was the youngest, the older siblings had simply grown up and left. As is normal. However, he could not move out and live his own life. Mama needs him.
He developed a rodeo/dog breeding life, but was without any real freedom to choose his own life.
He finally -- at about 30 -- got himself a woman who liked him enough to move hundreds of miles to be near him.
She's religious. Maybe the relationship was not really sexual, but, dang, hormones are incredibly strong . . . things happen.
She got pregnant. Now, notice that this responsible young man, who is still home caring for a disabled parent, did not duck his responsibilities here.
We have no idea what is on the baby's birth certificate do we? Maybe he's named, maybe not. BUT he was co-parenting with a woman he's never lived with.
By KB purchasing a home in May, it does not appear that
at that time, she was planning to leave CO.
But maybe she did want him to move in with them.
He was trapped between two women and two lifestyles -- removing either would have freed him.
We know which he ultimately chose, but we don't know if that was his only consideration . . .
