Hi everyone! I am all the way back on thread one trying to catch up. It's been awhile since I've been on here. So quick question, is there no longer a verifed insider for Kelsey? I noticed that Tricia's announcement wasn't at the start of this thread. I skipped all the other threads to see what was going on currently. I'll be back though. I read fast.

Granted, I haven’t read all of the local news because it seems fairly useless and has not been very well reported. But the sources I have looked at in the last few days haven’t mentioned the case at all. It seems like it’s old news to them, and forgotten, but perhaps I’m just not looking in the right places. If that is true it’s sad, because her face needs to be kept in front of the public until she is found. Hopefully I’m completely wrong and just looking at the wrong news outlets.

If texts exist, that would be concrete proof, IMO. But, there’s the “I was only kidding” defense. Right?

Anyone think his LE bro is the witness? Did PF discuss or attempt to recruit his bro? We will maybe know tomorrow.

Now that would be insane. I doubt it. These things usually wind up being a simple formula, with a twist. The simple formula is he is moving on (new love interest) or she is moving on (just done with the relationship or less likely new love interest). The twist is The knuckle head tried to get someone else to do it or help and thought it would stay quiet and he wouldn't get caught. If he solicited someone I would guess it is some shady friend with a background of drugs etc so that whatever he would come forward and say might be doubted. Just guessing.

No. He lives on his mom's property and it is valued at only $259,002: Teller County Property Records Database
It's a nice enough house with 2,862 SqFt, 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath and the property has a 1,296 Sqft barn but this is not a wealthy ranch property IMO. And it does not belong to PF. If PF was wealthy he would not have qualified for a public defender. MOO.

He’s got/makes money, Imo Otherwise he simply could not run the rodeo circuit. He’s just not banking it. MOO.
Bet he trades horses & makes a few coins, too. Rodeoing might be more of a venue for him to show off a good roping horse, in order to sell it. All horses won’t tolerate roping.
MOO

So is there a possibility of setting bail tomorrow ? Or
I don't think he is either. I think he likes to play at being a cowboy. But it doesn't matter much anymore because he won't be doing any ranching nor farming nor rodeo riding nor cow dog raising for a long, long time. Even if he somehow gets acquitted of the charges (which I doubt), this trial is likely to drag on for years. JMO.
Wondering if and when bail will be set ?

Nothing to report right now. Local news is teasing for tomorrow post hearing.

Do we know if the thumb prints are heat sensitive on phones?

I think I may have heard about it once, that yes, it needs blood flow to work. I actually think it was on a crime show of some kind, that they had to reconstruct the fingerprint and using that, put it on a living person’s finger so that there was blood flow in the finger

ETA did a bit of searching. Older phones have a better chance of being unlocked with a deceased finger. Newer phones need the electrical currents from a living finger/very recently deceased finger to work.

Wow, that picture really shows how bad he looked in custody court. Huge bags under his eyes, unshaven, unkempt hair and some sort of weird indentation on his face near his sideburns. Not to mention his glowering stare. MOO.

I agree. But where are we getting that he had 35 head of cattle? His mom's property is about 35 acres and those acres are composed of 70% trees and rocky/sandy soil-- not suitable for grazing cattle and not large enough either. He might have rented some land for his cattle or used family property outside of Teller county though. IDK.

ETA: link to the property info: Teller County Property Records Database

Re cattle I read the number somewhere but can’t recall the source; likewise, there was a photo. Obviously there’s no way PF could sustain 35 head on that rocky, dry, barren 35 acre outcrop. Also unclear if he’s running pairs or yearlings.

Kentucky missing woman Crustal Rogers case. Her bf is number one suspect, his bro terminated from police dept for some type of involvement.

What I was implying is is it possible he discussed killing K with his bro at some point. Maybe his bro thought he was blowing off steam. Then she goes missing. His bro does the right thing and reveals what he knows. In such circumstance, texts & phone calls wouldn’t be necessary, imo.

If only it included the neck hair patches too :D

Green is not his color. IMO

Oh so True MG.
Honestly, I’ve just never heard of an atty telling his client he’s going to attempt to reduce charges because of potential “discomfort”. I know they fight vigorously to reduce or dismiss charges, tho.
Any prison docs’ I’ve read or watched, one of the first rules in orientation is to avoid discussing your charges. Don't ask, don’t tell. Makes sense to me. Jmo

In the Rohde's case, the attorney complained about conditions for himself when he spoke to his Guilty guy in prison, about sentencing: small room, couldn't sit down (poor baby),
This Defence Lawyer, wanted his client, out of prison, while arrangements were made for sentencing.
Judge didn't play.
MOO.

Wonder if it’s bc she’s presumed dead?

Like I said before criminals are dumb. Thank god. To me that is insanely dumb when your brother is still employed LE, but dumb is dumb.

I have no idea how to copy and paste out of facebook but this person from good morning colorado is saying at tomorrows hearing she expects to hear more about the prosecutors mystery witness. Good Morning Colorado's Shannon Brinias
This is the first i have heard it confirmed there is a mystery witness. That being said I doubt they will give up their information at a hearing and will continue to hold it close to their chest until they have all the pieces in place.

She’s the same one who started the firestorm of fake hype yesterday too

Also, if he logged in right away, while the body was still warm, he could have added his thumbprint and or changed the manual password.
PF strikes me as a bit demanding and she seemed a bit reserved and compliant (except for moving in with his mom). I’m guessing he wanted her passcode early on and she gave it to him.

Maybe. If he stops at a farm for a beer & to visit a friend that has horse/s I bet they almost always have a hoof issue & he can make money every time he gets out of his truck.

I'm sure you know what you are talking about in regards to most farriers but it's hard for me to picture PF stopping by to visit someone like that since we have hardly heard him speak. And one of his friends from high school described PF as a "recluse". Others describe him as quiet. I have trouble seeing him as the type who would network that way to pick up some business. But it's possible, I suppose. Thanks for sharing what you know.
