Are there red lights with cameras on her route home from Safeway?

I really feel bad for Kesley's mom. I'm not meaning to be critical of Kelsey nor her family, but I feel like CB may have been mislead about the relationship status. Kelsey might have been lied to by PF as well, we don't know for sure yet. But whatever the situation was that kept delaying a wedding it seems to have lead to Kelsey being isolated. She lived far from her parents and far from work too. When you have a long commute you usually don't have much time to get to know your neighbors. Throw in the sharing custody of the baby and it probably means most her time off work went to spending time with baby. I can see how it would happen that Kelsey worked a lot and didn't have any close friends living near her. It feels like her family may have been in the dark about the truth of her relationship status. It could have been a very bad relationship and they might not know because KB might try to be positive when she calls home. Or the relationship might have ended 7 months ago when Kelsey bought a house on her own. Perhaps she didn't want to disappoint her parents by telling them the father of her baby would not be marrying her any time soon. I could be reading this all wrong though. I have a very bad feeling someone exploited Kelsey's isolation and vulnerability. MOO.

These are my thoughts as well. I feel so bad for Kelsey's mom.

Oh, good to know. So if I see an article somewhere about anything and I don't agree with something written in the article I can just call them up and they will remove it in order to satisfy me. I would have thought that if a journalist had checked their facts before publishing they would stand by their articles. Guess that isn't how it works any more.
If your family was well known for being full of law enforcement officers and "servants to the community", you would be able to ask for such favors.

Hi all. New here and my first post. I've been following the case closely and wanted to share some alternative thought to 'the fiancé' is the perp. I haven't ruled him out, but thought of a few things that may be pertinent. I have read many of the news releases and have gathered some facts. Her family moved to Idaho a few years back and an article said Kelsey had also moved to Idaho, but an opportunity arose and she moved to Colorado. It was said by her mother she moved to Colorado in 2016. Her baby is one year old. Was she dating someone in Idaho whom she left to take the opportunity in 2016? A new article states her fiancé gave a Buccal swab. For what purpose? My guess it is to establish paternity. His DNA would be in her house, cars etc. naturally as they were a couple. Could an ex in Idaho be angry? Does an ex in Idaho believe the child was his perhaps? Her phone pinged in Idaho. Did an ex take her from Colorado to Idaho? The mother's interviews don't reveal any negative comments about her fiancé, or relationship problems between the two. The mother insists 'someone out there knows where she is'. Why didn't her fiancé report her missing? We don't know yet what the text from her phone to his phone said on Nov 25. Could he have kept quiet based on what the text said, believing it was her texting him? Like maybe she 'needed time' or something and not alarm her family- who knows?? He would be advised to get a lawyer as he could become a suspect, even if innocent, without any proof of innocence.
We don't know how her 'time off' from work text was worded.
Police have not identified him as a suspect or person of interest.
Another thought, did he have an ex that was dumped for Kelsey? How long did Kelsey and her fiancé date before the pregnancy occurred? Could this be a situation where an angry obsessed EX is involved? Just trying to look at all the possibilities.
good questions, i would add....where was she supposed to be for Thanksgiving and why didnt that person/persons raise a red flag earlier?

Y'all - I'm really trying to keep up here but I have some questions that have, most likely, already been answered. Please humor me....

Where is Kelsey's daughter?
What time was Kelsey at the grocery store?
With whom was Kelsey having Thanksgiving dinner and where?
Did Kelsey live with her fiancée or on her own?

So sorry. I'm sure the answers are here but I haven't seen them and I just don't have the time to go back or keep up.

TYVMIA

Baby is with the fiance.

Kelsey told her mom she was having dinner with fiance. We don't know where.
Kelsey owns her own townhome in her name only-- fiance did not live there.

Well it was LE named in the article and I imagine LE did not want to be named, a member of LE would hold more sway than you. Although, I do not know why that should be, if it is a fact.

the amount of missing, contradictory and inaccurate information being put out to the public surrounding her disappearance is extraordinary. I dont remember seeing anything like it before. While i understand LE have to keep many things close to the vest, this just seems chaotic, and adding to so much speculation.
BBM. And at some stage you do have to wonder if it is deliberate, by people with more influence than they should have.

This! And the Powell’s
ID Discovery had a special on that tonight. Literally the family from hell.

I didn’t realize that Powell’s father died recently.

He was just as scary as his son.

And worst of all you would think that article writers would use the information released by Woodland Park Police and yet they don't.

Rehab? What led you to that train of thought?

Did you read the post I was responding to? There's a rehab facility in Gooding, Idaho. If a person checked themselves in there, then they might send a message right before they had to turn their phones in at the desk. It's just another possibility.
