Interesting. I wonder if his sister helped with childcare of Baby K? If his siblings are trying to intervene in custody it feels like they have taken his side. I wonder how much his family have communicated with him while he is in jail or if he told them his wishes before getting arrested-- that they should fight for custody? JMO.

I wonder if they have to go this route, not so much to get custody, but to get visitation. I know nothing of laws, except to know they don't always seem logical and some are formalities.

Personally, I doubt any of this matters. Unless there’s something about the B family we don’t know. Something that would disqualify them. Moo.

The B’s have the baby & the longer this drags on the less inclined the court will be to uproot her, IMO.

• Patrick Frazee and the woman who is under investigation for possibly disposing of Kelsey Berreth's cell phone were having an affair claim sources
• Two people who have worked with the 32-year-old nurse said she met Frazee at a rodeo and began seeing him sometime after her divorce in 2016
• One of the people also stated that the woman was in Colorado around Thanksgiving, which could explain how he the phone was transported
• Frazee never once left the state in the 11 days between the time that Berreth was last seen alive and her mother first reported her missing

Two individuals who have worked with the Idaho women that is being investigated for disposing of Kelsey Berreth's cell phone say that she and Patrick Frazee had been in a romantic relationship for months.

ABC News reported on Monday that a 32-year-old nurse was a person of interest in the case and believed to have possibly disposed of Berreth's phone in Idaho in the days after she was last seen alive.

The woman, whose identity is not being revealed as she has not yet been charged with a crime, could also be the person who had been plotting with Frazee about killing Berreth should the investigation prove she did in fact dispose of the cell.

DailyMail.com spoke with two people who know the nurse professionally, and they both said that they had been told that Frazee was having an affair with the woman.

The woman was divorced from her husband a few years back they explained, and had met Frazee at a rodeo.

Hmmmm.....it's been reported that Idaho Nurse is a long-time friend. I would think that goes back before 2016. Or, did they meet long ago at a rodeo and only recently got involved?

I'm not sure we know the whole story yet about "IN."

With everyone being kicked out of the courtroom this morning, I get the feeling that there is more to this that they do not want revealed at this time. Anyone else feel that way?

Sending good thoughts to the Berreth family and the little one that things move positively today and that this is not drawn out endlessly.

I'm just thinking that unlike so many other custody cases this one is big and it's causing quite the "circus" effect there. So they likely threw press out at that time.

And its out. The mods left my links and comments to the Nancy Grace Dec 26 report on crime on line (after min 27) that the woman in Idaho being interogated was PF's GF. Not that it really matters whether she was a GF or not, she appears to have been involved in disposing of the cellphone.

That was bad reporting. I forget who it was, but I’d reached out to the reporter via Twitter and they corrected the story.
