Is it possible that the phone has been found and it had some forensic evidence on it such as KB's blood or bits of tissue-- indicating that he had to have taken the phone from her hands in the process of murdering her? Could something like that lead to the felony murder during a robbery charge? Or does this type of charge have to be based on a witness saying KB was being robbed (something taken from her while she was still alive) and ended up murdered in the process?

Not sure that what I’m wondering has anything to do with the “robbery,” but I keep wondering if KB’s phone was locked. If it was password protected, did PF know the password? If it was set up to unlock with thumbprint or facial recognition...

I’m sure this has been discussed on one of the threads before, but I must have missed it.

I wonder who is who in this video. the only one we have seen prior is PF's mother. Looks to me like the father walking ahead of the mother, PF's mother, one of the women is an attorney with the sister, then perhaps the brother and his wife ?

I'm not Praire wind, but baby items from her home wouldn't be robbery. That would be burglary. Robbery implies something was taken from her in person while she was alive. JMO.

Robbery = taken from a person. Burglary = taken from home

My speculation is that PF was a player. He knew this woman “for years” which, if true, means he probably knew her before Kelsey. Yet they were not “together” Then he meets KB, she gets pregnant, and they were not living in the same home. KB May have told her family they were engaged due to their strict faith. He had a good, FREE, home with his mom. Probably the only expenses he had was car payments. Doesn’t sound like he was ready to settle down. JMO.

I think they are making a show of force - to convey that the whole F family wants to keep little K among them. I don't blame them....but just wish they would stop and let the B family raise baby K. I understand the F family loves K too....but the bigger picture and the bigger kindness, imo, would be to let K go to her mommy's family.

I just get so MAD that PF brought this mess, chaos, and heartbreak upon so many people.

Is it possible that K & P’s relationship was only ever casual? That her family, miles away, believed it was much more? Especially after a pregnancy/child is added to the equation?
Perhaps, prior to meeting P (reportedly online), K was specifically trying to get on at DOSS & reached out on SM to make friends, prior to an anticipated move.
I have no credible knowledge of how the two met. Only what’s been reported.
IF another woman thought she was the main woman in a the stable, or perhaps left her marriage for a relationship with a guy, then finds out he fathered a child.......I’m thinking all hell would break loose.

ITA. This could be far more complicated. DM says PF and IdahoNurse have been having an affair since meeting in 2016 - the same time PF and KB got together and KB moved to CO. PF has... charisma.

I don't think that is it. They probably think they are best for her and they are probably terrified they will never see her again if she goes to the Berreths. Not saying i support their custody, just that they are probably good people just like you and I, stuck in a nightmare.

They may be intervening to become parties to the custody if they worry that advancing age or health may play a factor in the original party's custody case.

Yes. I think he played the field a lot. I think rodeos were like “the Olympic Village” to him and he had a good time whenever he was away at them. Just the vibe I seem to be getting.
