Does this mean that LE decided the evidence in question wasn’t really worth much, or does it indicate they have other, better evidence?
From what I understood by the Prosecutors PC today, it was felt that it wasn't as likely to be totally destroyed. My interpretation Only

:rolleyes: Thanks to all of you Websleuthers!

I know...I'm trying to keep up too. I've been involved with postings on this since the beginning and now I feel lost. These sleuths never eat? Or work? Or sleep? JK ...Keep up the good work all. I'll find a way to keep up.

I'm convinced that PommyMommy has trained her Amazon Alexa bot to automatically post articles and tweets here as they come up on Google. ;):p

(j/k, Isn't she amazing! I'm ignoring my laundry right now and my family is eating leftovers tonight. lol.)

There could be more arrests within the next month.
Don’t cry yet! ;););)
You are amazing...you can see me crying! I do love for the cases to go faster than they do. I am ready for them to nail him to the wall. ;):):p

No. You're definitely not the only one. Come on! It's ridiculous. PF looked far from confused or stupid when dealing with reporters prior to his arrest. He looked and sounded decisive, determined, and in control of his simmering rage.
ITA and I hope people don't forget it either. If they do, let's help remind them :D

Haughty and smug came to my mind, especially when he was ignoring the reporters and closing/chaining the gate while saying...nothing. And the time he told the media to basically get off "his" private property. Perhaps reality is setting in that he may not get away with what he originally thought was a super plan. jmo

Ok trying to catch up. I think I have. I thought it was odd that the hearing was set for 3.5 hours. What did it take, about 20 minutes? Not too surprised that Preliminary is pushed back. The public defenders will have a lot of work to get up to speed on this. I can only assume that since the Arrest Warrant is released to public that they are still considering other arrests or at a minimum want to talk to more witnesses that they have not gotten to yet.

From this tweet, I'm guessing there may be no need to even have a motion in regards to the testing of that evidence.

Sam Kraemer‏ @SamKraemerTV
Viehman says any of that testing will be worked out with the defense. #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee @KOAA
Hmmm. That's interesting, I didn't see that one. It seems we have conflicting information. Surprise, surprise...

Hearing for Frazee was pretty fast. Here's what happened: The prosecution will let him see arrest affidavit and a motion to test a piece of evidence will be discussed at a later date. All records remain sealed to the public. #KelseyBerreth

He's already been working on the lost little boy look. And what's scary is it seems to be working. It prompted scads of speculation about his neurological status!

I wonder if they will crank his chair down low and their's up high to make him look even more "wittle" and confused.
Amazingly different countenance than when he was locking the gate with a padlock.

Possible scenario playing out (IMO, MOO, etc). IN is in process of putting PF under a large bus, maybe with help of others.
Maybe the "evidence testing" was a delay tactic to see if LE/DA could get someone to start talking and they did. So, now
we hear from DA "that piece of evidence is no longer as important as we thought...talked to the lab...", etc.

If IN has plausible deniability, it would benefit her to talk and cooperate. All just speculation.

I think Sam's tweet about working it out with the defense was from the press conference not the hearing :) I know it was said in the hearing that the motion would be dealt with later, but then the Prosecutor said that afterwards. Not a bad thing if it can be worked out beforehand ;-)

I hope that later on today, PF sits down with his defense team, and finally realizes the gravity of his situation.

I’ll bet that he won’t be feeling so smart then.

:p:D:eek:

Oh I'm so glad it wasn't only me that felt that <me being so jaded and loathing him>

Not jaded, realistic. It's a tale as old as time, even enshrined on Broadway: Remember in the musical Chicago, first opened in 1975, based on a play from 1926, when slick lawyer Billy Flynn (whom I once saw played by John O'Hurley :p divine!) dresses up paramour-murdering barfly Roxie as a knitting housewife in church clothes to take the stand in her own defense?

It is most definitely a thing, as the kids say.

Probably the wall in the lift he constantly watches.

<modsnipped quoted post>
The Idaho Nurse has not been arrested.

She is merely under investigation, as far as we know.

This comes from the previous thread that closed before I could reply, and it concerns whether or not PF possibly gave LE an alternate phone to investigate/search through, instead of his main cell phone:

"Agree, all along I've suspected this.
I found an old listing of his name on a list of farriers certified to
trim/shoe horses using a well known style. He listed his phone
number which is a land line at his mother's home.

I found this odd, as all my farriers have given clients their
cell phone #'s so they can have immediate access. Farriers'
income can be affected by clients having quick and efficient
access. Nothing worse than having your horse throw or bend
a shoe and your farrier is unreachable. I found this unprofessional.

While I agree that it's possible PF gave LE another phone instead of one he mainly uses, and I agree that not being able to reach your farrier when you need them stinks, IMO it's possible that he lives/works in areas with poor/no cell reception, and would therefore need a landline to keep in touch with clients.
