Haughty and smug came to my mind, especially when he was ignoring the reporters and closing/chaining the gate while saying...nothing. And the time he told the media to basically get off "his" private property. Perhaps reality is setting in that he may not get away with what he originally thought was a super plan. jmo
I'd have ignored the reporters and told them to stay off my property too. He was probably told not to comment by his lawyer. MOO

@BingoBongo

Please stop. You're going to get the thread shut down. If it hasn't been reported in MSM (and it hasn't) we can't talk about it here.
Actually, what bingo posted has been reported in MSM.

Ok trying to catch up. I think I have. I thought it was odd that the hearing was set for 3.5 hours. What did it take, about 20 minutes? Not too surprised that Preliminary is pushed back. The public defenders will have a lot of work to get up to speed on this. I can only assume that since the Arrest Warrant is released to public that they are still considering other arrests or at a minimum want to talk to more witnesses that they have not gotten to yet.

I thought it was to be at least a 4 hour hearing.
Did you watch the PC? When asked about other arrests, it was not ruled out, only none thus far.

I’ve seen it done before actually, not that I think it’ll happen here.

Basically, the murder suspect provides the DA with the location of a body, with the promise that the circumstances of its discovery will not be brought up in court.

The reason that I don’t think he told someone about the location of the body, is that I think it would have been found by now.

Even if he was vague about it, I think we would have seen large scale searches at some point.

Well, unless the body was completely destroyed by the concealment process (burning, acid, dismemberment, etc). If they knew where that happened, perhaps there could still be some evidence, but no body.

I don't think she'll ever be found :( This case has a very Susan Powell vibe to me.

His lawyer can maybe try to shift the blame to “her” claiming a jealous woman murdered another woman. And try to make the jury disregard any evidence pointing directly to him or his phone by saying “she” had access to his phone etc...if they are the only two charged. But that is about it for defenses, as far as I can tell, seeing how it seems it can proved they know each other.

It wouldn’t work, I hope, but I can’t see what else a lawyer can do, especially if PF continues to zip his lip. Jmo

Has it? Then, I apologize @BingoBongo. I've been following the FB rumors and it's getting hard to know what's been reported there vs a MSM link.

I l
The unsubstantiated, unverified pics I've seen of IN look remarkably like a younger version of PF's mom, BTW.
Whew! So I wasn’t the only one who saw the resemblance. I wonder what it means when men are attracted to women who look like their mom? Any idea, anyone?

The only thing MSM didn't report was her name. They've even reported where she works.

I have worried about acid, as well. I hope that is not the case though.

I could see that as a course of action. IN has the phone, IN visited CO on the 22nd and IN disposed of the phone and the text msgs were sent from ID. PF can claim all he did was pick up his child for Thanksgiving. If IN isn't cooperating, she better hurry before PF gets his rhetoric out there first.

Yeah, I agree with you here. I think it’s more probable than not, that she is never found.

I think that PF is the only one who knows, and he had the resources and a plan already in place, as far as her body was concerned.

He all but challenged the police to make a case against him, and I think his confidence was based on them not being able to find her body.

He hid her well.

Going by the Watts case, I believe it can be at any time. Jmo

I think CW lacked the balls to stand trial. Iirc, he said “my life is over” to an investigator??

After watching every trial Court TV aired, it seems to me every now & then a defendant enjoys his trial & the defense tactics used to convince the jury the victim is to blame.

KB was beautiful. Tiny and petite. It would not be a stretch to imagine IN was very jealous of her. In many ways she would seem to have more of a motive, JMO, to get rid of KB then PF. I really think PF is a commitment phobic who used each woman as a reason for not committing to the other. MOO

This comes from the previous thread that closed before I could reply, and it concerns whether or not PF possibly gave LE an alternate phone to investigate/search through, instead of his main cell phone:

"Agree, all along I've suspected this.
I found an old listing of his name on a list of farriers certified to
trim/shoe horses using a well known style. He listed his phone
number which is a land line at his mother's home.

I found this odd, as all my farriers have given clients their
cell phone #'s so they can have immediate access. Farriers'
income can be affected by clients having quick and efficient
access. Nothing worse than having your horse throw or bend
a shoe and your farrier is unreachable. I found this unprofessional.

While I agree that it's possible PF gave LE another phone instead of one he mainly uses, and I agree that not being able to reach your farrier when you need them stinks, IMO it's possible that he lives/works in areas with poor/no cell reception, and would therefore need a landline to keep in touch with clients.

I noticed in one of his posted videos from several years ago, he mentions that he borrowed the phone he was using to record the video, so maybe he didn't have a cell back when that listing was created. MOO.

Sadly this kind of posturing like he's doing has a history of working. I just hope people remember the glare at the media when he locked his gate, the fact that he never put up a single missing poster either around town or on social media and his entire behavior has been self protection instead of showing empathy or concern for the mother of his child and fiance.
Loved the comic. :p

If this case turns itself upside down and disappoints some of us ,and PF gets out in say 5-10 years or so.... I would be deeply concerned if he was able to have full custody of his daughter.
He does not love this child. Imo.

Let's say ... someone else murdered KB at his request.
If you love your child, you don't deprive them forever of their other parent.

Been thinking about defense strategies and it would be in IN's best interest to run and not walk to LE office to give her side of the story.

Im hoping she has already been cooperating with LE and this could be why there has not been another arrest yet.

Judge: Frazee warrant to remain sealed for now
The judge in the case ruled that Frazee and his attorneys could have access to the arrest warrant – something prosecutors did not object to. But the judge also ruled that it should remain sealed to the public.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys also discussed the motion for consumptive testing in the case for evidence that could be destroyed once it is tested. Both sides agreed that there was no need to rush the tests, as prosecutors said the piece of evidence was not as critical as they originally thought. The judge did not rule on the motion on Friday and the discussion is expected to continue up until Frazee’s preliminary hearing, which was set Friday for Feb. 19 at 9 a.m.

“This is an ongoing process as we look at multiple items that will be tested,” Viehman said.

“So as we go through items and communication with law enforcement and the lab, many times the urgent nature of things may change because we may realize that piece of evidence or item either doesn’t have the significance that we once thought it did, or maybe the lab is telling us that it’s not going to be an issue, [that] they’re going to be able to complete things in a more timely manner,” she added.

I do hope that if evidence of his guilt begins to stack up and there is little hope of him getting off that he may consider a plea deal. I think he is still banking on being able to get off on reasonable doubt and won't even consider a plea until all hope is lost. MOO

Or he himself could shift the blame to her. Jmo
