A lot of folks have asked about a report out of Idaho saying a family friend confirmed the FBI are investigating a local woman. I just spoke on the phone with that friend, KC. She said she *did not* confirm that information. @KOAA #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

KC told me she went to high school with the woman allegedly being investigated, saying she'd be shocked if she was actually involved. KC says she's only heard rumors of FBI activity -- much like all of us. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

Her friend said she came from an amazing family which says a lot to me so I can't see someone like that being that bad/immoral to be involved in a murder.

I am waiting to hear more. She may have thought she was the girlfriend, and Kelsey an interloper...who knows. If it is true she has been with him since 2016...she may have only heard of Kelsey when the baby came in late 2017.

True. Some evil people don't show it. They're SO nice until they're not. IMO

She had weeks to come forward. A young mother is dead because of her psycho friend, PF. And she may share more guilt than we know.

Looks like she just ruined her own kid's lives as well. So sad for these innocent children

What I've read is they've known each other for years (2 - it sounds like), met at a rodeo and worked together at some point.

Yessssss! So, her hands are dirty, if, in fact, she was solicited. She could have tipped off LE.
Ya know, maybe the first time I can understand brushing it off. Maybe thinking someone’s throw back one too many or they’re just running their mouth. But.....the second time. WTH? Not specifically this case, but any.
If she’s involved, she’s literally ruined her life. For what?

Curious why you think she wasn't involved? Plenty of women commit unthinkable crimes without any logical explanation.

Yes, but we don't know a single thing about her friend. We don't know what she meant by "amazing" and we don't know how well she knows the family. Imo

Question for the Verified Attorneys- In a civil wrongful death lawsuit, is evidence less strict? For example, something that would not be allowed in criminal trial would in civil. Could they also use information that is stated in civil suit as evidence in the criminal case?
