I know but I have found over the years that professions have nothing to do with anything.
Terrible crimes are committed by all and do not discriminate.
So true. There have been quite a few Angel of Death Nurses and some Deadly Doctors, too. BUT... At this point, IN has not even been named a POI. Yet.

Wow. Trying to think of the pros and cons of doing this so soon...
Most likey they are doing it so that he cannot profit from a book or TV appearances. Similar to SW's family filing.

Can’t come up with any cons, as I am sure the DA has shared much information with them. If P were to inherit anything then it will go to Kaylee. Maybe it would force Mama F to cut him out of her will. Man, a narcissist would hate that! On the other hand, a judge could potentially freeze a portion already intended for him. Wonder what our Verified Attys think? Gitana1? Mercedes? Prairie Wind?

Really, the Judge might be able to freeze Ma F’s assets, potentially?

I am new to posting, but have followed on Websleuths the Dr. Teresa Sievers case.
Just a couple of thoughts for what it is worth: Look at the custody situation with Dr. Teresa Sievers. Her mother went through so much and was ultimately able to relocate the children out of state. There was a paternal grandmother who also tried at the beginning to get custody. There were phone calls between the Sievers children and the father (in prison) that were required to take place. Also, Dr. Sievers husband plotted with out of state help to have his wife murdered per prosecutors and LE. Next, regarding nurses and PF, would PF not have access to medications that are lethal? PF works with animals. What does he have on hand? Regarding nurses in general, they have access to medication routinely. Just a few thoughts.
Welcome to Websleuths, freedomintruth! Love that username. :)

Maybe it was to lock up their assetts so they cannot hire the best criminal defense attorney in the state. If that is the reason I support them.
Great point!

But what happens if he's found not liable before the criminal case ends? Or what happens to a tainted jury pool in the criminal case? The burden of proof is much lower in a wrongful death lawsuit, and I am sure they must have pretty solid evidence that he's liable.. but ...there is always that chance...

I thought according to prior post here in the Daily and LE statements that this nurse was the party also engaged as the in solicitation act. The three attempts do not necessarily mean three different people. This would have been from Woodland.

It doesn't matter if it was three people or one. Solicitation indicates this was planned. Not a sudden attack due to an argument. It indicates that PF asked someone or some people to murder or help him murder KB. That necessarily had to have happened before she was killed. And they have evidence.

This wasn't spontaneous.

That's the only place I can think of where they may have either worked or attended. At least from what we know about PF's history. Imo

She might be a roper, maybe they team roped. Speculation only.

I’m extremely skeptical. That’s a hard thing to explain away. If someone asked you to dispose of a phone a state over what would you say?

And at this point it seems she likely also sent the texts from Idaho since it pinged there, with PF telling her what to say.
Maybe when the phone was taken from KB, she was forced to write the texts and give up her phone password (if she used one) or turn off the password. Maybe PF gave the phone and a debit card of KB's to IN and told her to fill up her vehicle on the way home, then when she got close to home, send the texts. If so, maybe he was setting her up to get caught. Get rid of both of them at once. Not my opinion, just speculation.

I meant IF she has a will and if P is listed, maybe his portion could be frozen? Ok so it doesn’t sound reasonable. I get it. LOL.
That’s why I asked the attorneys.

Nancy Grace brought her up on 12/26

Tysm. do you think this is the earliest? I thought 12/22.
If NG reported 12/26 her team May have known a few days bf, but had to verify, etc.
So, anyways, we might conclude a MONTH passed from ping to IN being questioned? Is this feasible?

Oh, idk. It’d be nice tho.
But hey, it’d be nicer IF he’s convicted if his name is struck & baby K replaces his. He’s likely going to continue on with free room & board, minimal cost of living expenses. Etc.

Exactly. Thank you.
