It is a long time.

So who does it bring suspicion upon?

Her family, friends, DOSS, and PF.

I rule out family and DOSS in any involvement. Obviously. We have not heard of friends in Woodland Park. I think KB was more isolated than we would like to think a successful professional woman would be. She was in cowboy country, and had a child and didn't really fit in there as far as I can tell.

It seems to be an odd situation where the texts on the 25th did what they were supposed to. This is surprising, but I think that is all there is to it- it worked. I don't believe at any point, PF thought he had more than a day or two to complete his coverup.

My point is that I don't think of 11 days as a time to coverup for a crime of murder, I think a day or two at most. PF had no way to know how much time he had.

It certainly does appear that her lack of friends and family in the area was to PF’s advantage

Do we have a definitive date for when Kelsey’s brother made the trip to check out her house? I remember thinking at the time, it wasn’t specified.

This was the brother in Tacoma, WA correct?

I've looked back to the FAQ's on page 1 and I don't see a date when her brother was at her townhouse.

I think it possible KB was strangled and wasn't removed from her house immediately. Body fluids would attract the attention of cadaver dogs. JMO

Thats one thing that we were all questioning. We never had an evidence of any police dogs at KB's house. Now they may have come and gone under our noses ...

They literally had a body to prove that she was dead.

A dog hitting on a location, only indicates that a dead body was there. It is not proof.

I don’t believe that law enforcement would be so reckless as to make a determination like that, without solid evidence to back it up.

A dog alerting on a spot, with no forensic evidence to support the dog’s findings, ain’t it.

That alone, would not be good enough.

There is always other evidence used in conjunction with what the dog “says.”

Dogs are not infallible.

Until I see it reported again on the same station or picked up by another MSM , it is suspect to me that it has disappeared and can't be found. They could have jumped the gun and had source info that the police put her at sonic and had video, but showed video that had nothing to do with her ie just what video cam footage would look like at that drivethru, then took it down when questioned. It wouldn't be the first time on this case that a local station posted something not quite validated yet. Not saying I don't believe there may be valid info she was there, just that the details and sources aren't lined up properly yet or on the other hand it is poorly researched rumour. JMO, but when news disappears something is up

Is there a reason so many seem to believe that her body is not intact?

Jmo plenty of evidence could be found in a crime scene without that assumption. Just wondering if something has been confirmed that I missed.

My impression is that people are speculating because PF had 10 days to dispose of KB's body between the time he allegedly killed her and the time she was reported missing. He didn't have to bury her quickly in a shallow grave. MOO

So weird that her vehicles were home & not one neighbor found it odd to not see her or her cars moved, in ten days. I would notice if my neighbor didn’t move his cars. If I didn’t see him for a few days, I would knock on his door.

But it was the Thanksgiving Holidays. Plenty of people go out of town to visit family that week.

The hospital confirmed a day or two ago it was complying with all police requests in this case. The wording- which is not what i wrote- made it seem like they were asking the hospital for a fair bit of info. Which lead to speculation on a number of fronts.
If this guys is getting new info and the LE are continuing to ask for more info, it makes me feel like they are still waiting on pressing charges or not because they have more investigating to do to ensure they have a better picture of her involvement. which is good, because i was leaning towards immunity or that she really was not that involved so would only be a witness. Not that it is good that she is involved but it would mean the case could get wrapped up tighter. JMO

I was also thinking dump run led to 2nd search. But can see how a witness came forward (as things got hotter) and told LE what went down.

However, this witness is then certainly very, very close to the crime. And does this witness also know where the body is, or pieces of the body are? I guess so. Time will tell.

Yes, I wonder if LE questioned one or both of the dump helpers....maybe they knew of something after the fact...perhaps they were getting rid of evidence and when confronted by LE they ratted PF out? LE could’ve possibly recovered evidence from the dump themselves.....it makes no sense to me that PF would hang on to evidence for so long though.....he obviously did a thorough job of concealing KB’s remains....to be sloppy with evidence afterwards makes no sense to me. MOO
