If what the BF said is true, can they charge KK with anything? I mean, she might have prevented KB’s death. After KB was killed, she should def have gone to LE. I’m not sure if there’s any charges that would stick with not telling LE ahead of time. For all I know, she did tell LE after. Man, that PF is a jackwagon! MOO, of course.

Tippy's timeline shows the first press conference with the mother was on December 10th. That is supposedly when they started piecing things together as a couple. They called four days before the arrest, so that would have been December 17th. It doesn't look like December 17th there was any indication of major activity.

On the 18th he was at the landfill, at the 19th they were back at her residence.

• KB’s parents file civil suit against PF

The civil suit accuses Frazee of wrongful death, negligence per se, conspiracy, and infliction of emotional distress. The documents allege Frazee either committed and/or collaborated in Kelsey's murder. The suit also accuses Frazee of inflicting physical, mental, and emotional acts of violence on Kelsey prior to her death. The Berreths claim that Frazee's "extreme and outrageous conduct" has caused them emotional distress exceeding $75,000.​

We’re not going to, at least for some time, but I wish we knew the context of KK bringing up the solicitation to her BF.

I think the general assumption might be that she was afraid or conflicted or something and seeking advice.

But, what if KK was seeking advice or assistance on helping PF get rid of evidence or commit the murder.

It sounds kind of crazy, but if KK was bringing it up out of fear or something, I don’t think she would have gone to PF in Colorado, at the very least.

So, I can’t help but wonder if the reason the BF was so upset is because KK had asked for her assistance.

Yes, and BFF didn’t fully explain the conversation of what KK had asked her to do.

It makes complete sense that if PF wanted KB's phone to travel to Idaho,he would want her body to as well.He thought about all of this well in advance.IMO PF has the mindset of a psychopath.

Possibly, but could actually be the opposite. I can see some merit in sending the phone off in the opposite direction of where he put KB. It really depends on his mindset. I can go either way with this.

On the one hand, he may have thought everyone would buy the idea that she went off with a mysterious 3rd party to visit her grandma or something. If the body turns up near Gooding, then it plays to the little story he concocted.

However, he didn’t do important things like pack a bag or her makeup. That may be an oversight. Or, he might have known the police would figure out the trip was a lie and it was only a matter of time until they focused on him.

In that case, he dumps KB and the evidence in the opposite direction, figuring police will waste their time looking all over the roads to Idaho and never find where he really hid her. Realistically he could’ve driven 100 miles in any other direction to hide her and the evidence and police may not find her for years, if ever, because they’re looking in the wrong place.

Assuming KK didn’t want the same thing. Who knows if she considered KB to be an impediment to her relationship with PF. KK May have wanted KB gone as well.

Not only did PF feel comfortable with bringing this up to KK, but she actually involved herself in at least the cover up.

I’m not sure he disrespected her and manipulated her into helping. She may have done so willingly. She didn’t have to drive 800 miles and then send fake messages and dispose of the phone. She chose to.

Absolutely! I listened to NG podcast re. whistle blower interview, and actually agree with her: why in the world would KK ever give PF an opportunity to solicit her a 2nd time, let alone a 3rd! Panelist blames KK desperate need for male attention (esp from a rodeo man) for sticking around willingly.

I only wish that KK had been just as desperate to save KB, instead of trying to live out some warped fantasy where KB is gone, and she will join PF to raise baby and live happily every after. That's one sick puppy....

I deleted my post after I realized that the map marker was not a specific address. If you follow that marker up Teller County Rd, you'll find Wildhorn Rd (SF's property), so it didn't look the same to me. Sorry for the confusion.

This case may not be related but with all the new players coming to our attention now, it reminded me of this recent arrest in Idaho on December 20 2018. Its not all that far to Twin Falls from Mountain Home. 86 miles from google map info.
