I've been reading since this thread started and I believe we are all going to be shocked when we know what really happened. I have seen that a lot of people see this as a simple motive, but I really don't think it will be what everyone expects.

Yes, of course. And perhaps they have. I tend to think that she had a long weekend off work - 4 days at least - and she drove, but the possibility that she flew still exists in my book.

What if she knows and flew with a private pilot? Such a person would have to be in on it or they'd bust her and reveal they flew her. There's also Greyhound. Amtrack to Denver.

I'm not sure that I have a theory at this time because everything is so hush hush. I really don't even understand that, because why would someone that has information about this case need protection? PF is in jail, KK is being watched like a hawk, and at this point they really should know of everyone who was involved (provided that KK is talking to try to secure a deal or to prove innocence). I'm waiting for the hat to drop just like everyone else. But MOO I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the R's know more than what they are telling us, and are trying to secure M's future. I believe M may have more in this than a conversation with KK, which I think has been mentioned already.

In the meantime, I will impatiently wait...

My guess would be that she drove, and I think that she did the same here.

The police were at KK's house December 17, which is most likely when she surrendered her phone. If they found proof she was an accessory to the crime, I would think she would have been charged by now, as it's been 29 days. I think that Mrs. R and Michelle did talk, but I don't think she was an employee IN THEIR OFFICE. Mr. R is both a PI lawyer and a criminal defense attorney, so he must employ many experts on a fee basis as well as snitches. I think that anyone in their positions would do exactly what they did.......call the CBI hotline as soon as they found out KK had been visited by FBI. My gut feeling is that Michelle has not come forward because she has something to lose if she does, but the interview ended with a teaser that another previously unknown witness had contacted the station, and they would be airing the interview with HER “next week”.
Other than the parts I just outlined, I don't believe a word of the RR's interviews but I haven't seen a good serial part western "B" movie mystery for a while. The popcorns in the popper, and I'm ready!

Hmmm...so it is your strong opinion that KK will not be charged? Do you think it is because she is talking and has become a protected witness? We don’t have a lot of facts in this case so I realize we are all jumping to conclusions based on rumors we have heard. However, those rumors may be true.

Maybe FBI was looking for more than just a phone?

What would be the R’s reasons for lying, if they did? Just because they wanted air time?

You said the R’s called the CBI after they knew the FBI had talked to KK. Why didn’t they call FBI or CBI in November? Heck, why didn’t M call them in November. I’m guessing you are not clairvoyant and don’t know the answers. But I’m somewhat irritated with how the R’s have insinuated themselves into this case.

Right now, all we know is there was likely a murder in KBs home and she was likely the victim. LE has evidence that puts PF in the crime scene, likely phone data. And that’s it?

The DA said this case wouldn’t be tried in the media. I actually hope he eases his position on that after the arraignment.

Oh one more question. Realizing you know a lot about CO and the laws there, and reading your other posts, I gather you think this is a tough case without a body in CO. Is that because he is a local and she is not?

If it’s true they have her on video at Sonic in WP and using her credit card, LE just has to work backward from there to see how she got there.

I honestly don't think anyone would vindicate PF. Look at how he has been talked about in the media by his peers. I just don't see how someone could come forward this deep into the investigation with a truth or a lie to vindicate him. LE seems to have enough on him that says he was definitely involved.

Now if you meant that PF could possibly have someone on the outside that has nothing to lose and wanted to harm a possible suspect, that could be plausible and at this point, what else does he (PF) have to lose, but I just don't see it happening. It is my understanding that he is barely allowed to talk to anyone but his legal team at this point. I can't see someone that is not connected to this case in any way taking direction from PF. They have nothing to gain.

Out in the middle of a vast expanse of empty land in Blaine County, Idaho called Camas Prairie is Magic Resort Airport, a 4000 ft long by 100 ft wide turf landing strip, without lights and without navigational aids. Ok I wonder how many on his legal team are from his area...you know, local guys who know The Frazees well? That is concerning to me.
Please don’t tell me there are no “good ole boys” networks out there. Florissant and neighboring towns are small.

I thought of this as well at the beginning. So what if he solicited someone besides KK? A local who is a bestie and who has been on the bad side of the law before? If PF started talking, he could lose his life if he talked.

I have thought about that as well. Something inside just tells me there are more involved that we know. I wasn't thinking just PF and KK either. But who and why would PF be trying to protect someone else? It's not like (if it were a love interest) that he could ever have a life with said person. Or if it was a friend, what does he stand to gain from protecting someone else now?
