There's a little thing called evidence that gets in the way of some of these alternate theories.

I imagine there's a room-sized whiteboard with all the video, timelines, the players, cell phone info and all the physical evidence linked.

In spite of some early slip-ups, smart police detectives and FBI agents have put countless hours into this.

If it were not PF they would not have indicted him.

What they have is data. So many agencies rely on data and it works as a tool. Data never wins a case. All of it is circumstantial which most evidence is but this case has a rarity which is an eyewitness and a participant. I don't know her circumstances that brought her to this state but she is critical and she is hard to separate from the crime itself. I am counting on what they did not reveal in the blood and DNA in the townhouse and other statements from witnesses. The most important part is accounting for KK's pictorial whereabouts not cell phone 11/22-25/2018.

I see now that KK made sure her court appearance was before this all came out. Otherwise she would also have to be in a bullet proof vest. What a master manipulator.

KK's appearance in court was in response to a warrant demanding her appearance on a date/time. It was not her choice when to appear. Had she ignored it, a warrant for her arrest would have been issued by the judge.

KK, the master manipulator, will be required to appear again to testify for the prosecution about everything Agents Slater and Adams told us she said.

IMO, she's probably already been told to obtain security when she comes to trial, and probably after her testimony-- now that her dirty deeds have been made public. She should be scared and uncomfortable. MOO

As I read the horrific details in the affidavits, tweets, MSM articles and this thread, I keep thinking of the horror and trauma for KB's daughter and KKL's children when they get older and Google for information and answers. All three should probably get psychological counseling and / or whatever other appropriate support as soon as they are old enough for such. In this day and age, this is not a "skeleton in the closet" that the families will be able to keep hidden, as in past eras. Absolutely heartbreaking thinking about those innocent young children and how the "sins of the parents" will affect their lives. Where to begin to help them? MOO.

Yes, there are witnesses (friend she borrowed car from) and maybe the cell phone data. I can't remember exactly, but LE knows when she arrived in Colorado. Jmo

I think she liked him to dominate her, and give her attention. If he could charm KB into moving to where he was, he was very capable of doing the same with attention-seeking middle-aged divorcee KK.

KK is only 3 years older than KB! 32 is not middle-aged.

Interestingly, they were divorced in August, and the solicitations began in September.

The divorce was finalized in 2018, but the proceedings were started much earlier.
To me the interesting bit (if true) is that, according to KK, she only learned about Kelsey and the baby in July.
