Regarding the Timeline.....

I haven’t seen the actual Idaho court record for KK and CL’s divorce.
In the arrest affidavit CL said they were divorced in the summer of 2018. However, others are saying court records state they were divorced on June 27, 2016.

Was their divorce filed on June 27, 2016 and final in 2018?

Does anybody know?

Early reports all said June 2016.

Lots going on here, have not read here since the 19th, but a few things I was pondering.
Maybe KK wanted to get pulled over, to give her an excuse not to drive to CO for the clean up. Or... she claims PF told her he was watching her and she seems to have believed it, being pulled over would be a way for her to let the cop know there had been a murder in CO without walking into a Police Station.
Also, why would it take two men to pick up the package at KB's condo? How big was it? I bet they were there to check out KK clean up job, and report back to him if they saw anything left behind. She was smart to leave just a little bit here, and there inside, very smart.
On the morning of his arrest, I am very curious what was packed in SF's car. Seems the blue wall extends to LE family too. I have no problem with good cops, it is the bad ones that I take issue with, and yes, they do exist, unfortunately.
Why pick CSPD to interview KK, they could have gone to any sheriffs department, and done the same. Fountain SD would have worked too, or fly her into Denver. Why pick CSPD where PF's supposed estranged brother works out of. I bet that news spread like wildfire, and Sean knew that evening how long she was there for, and gave PF and SF a heads up.
SF had to have known something was up, her sons girlfriend/ex girlfriend/fiancée is missing and she saw them burning something in a tub in the front side yard, yet never gave that information to LE when they took them both in??? I hope PF takes this to trail, and I hope his mother is implicated too, as she should be if she knew about any of it, and I am betting she did. He is arrogant enough to hang them both.

I'm guessing that both mother SF and brother SF will be called @ trial. I'm further guessing that brother SF will truthfully answer questions. We will see what mother SF does. Will she be threatened with contempt of court if she fails to answer questions? Will she answer? Will she answer truthfully?

I’m not sure what to think. However, I’m sure the average person would not take something like that seriously if they did not witness the request personally. I believe some did come forward after the murder and they made the connection.

As far as KK leaving some blood spots. It is my opinion she did not fully trust PF. He was wanting her to take all the risk. I believe he would have thrown her under the bus if she had gone through with anything, including taking the body. IMO PF was a womanizer and did not want a permanent relationship with anyone. KB getting pregnant complicated his life. I am somewhat confused about KB calling off the relationship. Why help him and continue that kind of relationship if she was dumping him. IMO he was dumping her but baby K would complicate it. His mom was attached and not having custody would mean child support. PF used KK and would have pointed the finger at her. I think she suspected as much so covered her tracks.

Also, I do believe PF did some clean up. I remember during the hearing they talked about him using baby wipes. I think he cleaned the lions share of blood but wanted KK to follow up with a deep clean.

As for being afraid someone would drop by: he was still in a relationship with KB and knew her plans. She would have told him if she had plans with parents or friends. People don’t usually do surprise visits during the holidays because many people have plans for travel or family get togethers.

I believe PF was setting KK up. I think KK might have suspected as much and that is why she told people and refused to do the deed or dispose of the body but she went along just in case he did really care. I don’t buy the afraid bit other than her being afraid he was setting her up. All my opinion only.

I don't think KB called the relationship off. That was part of a story PF told to her mom when he spoke to her. CB believes PF told Kelsey he wanted custody of the baby and she would not agree to it.
I'm not sure what you mean by being afraid someone would drop by, but apparently Kelsey, PF, and the baby had plans to go to dinner on Thanksgiving. So he did know what her plans were.
I hope that clears it up for you! As you said, Kelsey helped him with the cattle and bought medicine for him, which seems to support the notion that there was no breakup, as PF claimed. Imo

Yes they are ! However it will be scanned by jail personnel.FYI: If it contains no nudity or threatening wording a inmate will be given the letter opened. IMO never send a letter to a inmate that you don't want scrutinized and read by many.

All of CW's mail (including fan mail) was scanned and released with all the legal documents. Anybody who looked at the documents saw the crazy letters and pictures that were sent to him.

I think they would like to find that tooth that KK said she threw away.

And that's exactly why we KNOW she had no intention of leaving evidence behind. She could have left the tooth in the vent and directed police to that instead of the blood she "forgot" to clean up. That tooth would have corroborated the manner of death for certain. She didn't leave it behind because she was hoping they wouldn't get caught and a tooth that belonged to Kelsey would definitely scream "foul play" immediately and NOT, "we broke up and she was depressed and was heading to Soap Lake, WA to visit granny," which is the narrative KK was helping PF spin with the phone texts.

MOO, but this case is going to come down to who the best liar is. They planned this together, got caught and are about to throw each other under the bus. Well, KK has already done her part PF's turn next. Which lies will hold up to evidence and which will not?

He’s not going to say “oh, she’s more responsible than she’s letting on, let’s make a deal.”

The evidence would have to support that, which it doesn’t.

I can think of a few possibilities.

1) Typo in the affidavit
2) It was a misstatement by CL
3) Someone confirmed the date when the affidavit was prepared and used the 2018 date from the wrong court record. If you look at the court link, there is another KL who was divorced in Twin Falls, ID in 2018 - different middle name and spouse. I think Heavy.com used this record because they've reported that CL and KL divorced in 2018. They're wrong.

Maybe the summer of 2018 was when they physically parted ways, and that's what her husband was referring to. Didn't KK say she recently moved?

He had to clean himself up. Likely shower and change into clothes he already had there. Likely went through Kelsey's stuff.
He was also at her computer. He got into her Facebook account and changed the password. There must be his DNA and some blood evidence on the keyboard.

But why change her FB password? Surely KKL didn't know it. Who else was going to be able to know it was changed?

On the FB account, my understanding from the Prelim was that it was CBI Agent Slater who changed the password to get into KB's FB. KB was a missing person at the time Dec 4 and he was looking to see if she booked flights?

Was this corrected now to the PF changed the password? How would LE ever know that anyway?

watching her competition be burned in an animal trough,
where did she take that nap? did she go into SF's home and
lie down? Did she and SF and PF discuss what they were burning outside?
It could be that SF did more than 'look' outside and see the fire.
this could have been an illuminating discussion on the joys
of the bonfire.

Judge schedules March 4 hearing on motion by prosecutors for consumptive testing. So yes, it will be interesting what the consumptive testing is for. Might also address motion by media to unseal search warrants.

I have no doubts that we will have tweeting! I just hope that FromGermany does that tweet share that was done before, as that was awesome.
