The only rivers in the area are Tarryall creek, north of Lake George, it is located just west of Florissant, or the Arkansas river in Buena Vista, that would be quite a drive, at least 60 miles one way I think . Also, not sure if they were frozen over the end of November, I think not, as it was a mild October and November.

As to burning KB's remains to ash, I guess anything is possible, and he had a HUGE woodpile near his house, I noticed that with the overhead footage when LE was there for their search. So he would have had plenty of wood.

I read years ago about how they cremate remains in India, along the Ganges river, they seem to get it done with just wood, but a lot of it, and can take as little as 3 1/2 hours, but bones will be left over, with women the pelvis, with men the chest bones. I hate typing this, but they put an extra big log on the head, as it can explode.

Interesting thoughts. Have wondered about some of the same myself but not all.

However, on this one, if she was hoping to be picked up, then why not just confess when confronted with her lies? If she would have been pulled over and confessed say in another town, why not just go to a PD in another town if she did not trust the one. Heck she could have went and confessed to Las Vegas PD and begged for protection before going home. This woman's actions do not fit someone scared and doing the right thing. The trip to Vegas, Sonic, etc. The burning of all of these phones, Kelsey's, the burner phone, etc., pretty convenient they are gone.

I find Colorado Springs odd too in some of this. I also find it odd that some reports say he and his bro are estranged and yet he talked to him prior to talking to police was it? I do not know the area though so could there have been a logistical reason for that department?

I wonder myself about some of your points and not so sure on others. However, all are food for thought...

I so far see her as guilty as he is but reserve the right to change my opinion as we learn more. And certainly respect your opinion and everyone else's. For some reason, I keep feeling like I am watching an R rated version of "Dallas" even though it took place in the wrong state... jmo.

I think the general consensus is most of us are shocked that this many people had knowledge of a possible murder plan and sat idly by. It’s inconceivable to me that nobody went to LE, so I do believe that either all these people are soul-less or they circled the wagons to protect one of their own (KK). I hope all of them will feel responsible for Kelsey’s death for the rest of their lives. It’s a very sad state of affairs that they didn’t try to stop it from happening.

I’m not sure what to think. However, I’m sure the average person would not take something like that seriously if they did not witness the request personally. I believe some did come forward after the murder and they made the connection.

As far as KK leaving some blood spots. It is my opinion she did not fully trust PF. He was wanting her to take all the risk. I believe he would have thrown her under the bus if she had gone through with anything, including taking the body. IMO PF was a womanizer and did not want a permanent relationship with anyone. KB getting pregnant complicated his life. I am somewhat confused about KB calling off the relationship. Why help him and continue that kind of relationship if she was dumping him. IMO he was dumping her but baby K would complicate it. His mom was attached and not having custody would mean child support. PF used KK and would have pointed the finger at her. I think she suspected as much so covered her tracks.

Also, I do believe PF did some clean up. I remember during the hearing they talked about him using baby wipes. I think he cleaned the lions share of blood but wanted KK to follow up with a deep clean.

As for being afraid someone would drop by: he was still in a relationship with KB and knew her plans. She would have told him if she had plans with parents or friends. People don’t usually do surprise visits during the holidays because many people have plans for travel or family get togethers.

I believe PF was setting KK up. I think KK might have suspected as much and that is why she told people and refused to do the deed or dispose of the body but she went along just in case he did really care. I don’t buy the afraid bit other than her being afraid he was setting her up. All my opinion only.

We heard that law enforcement changed the password when they came in, but I have not read anywhere that PF changed the password.

KK is, perhaps, catching so much flak right now because she and her comments are in the spotlight. We finally have fresh details that she herself brought forth, and that means we're looking at and discussing things she did. Not saying she doesn't deserve it, but it makes her a convenient target. IMO.

If PF came out today with an admission of guilt and gave a detailed statement describing each time when he himself was personally planning to murder KB, but each time he wasn't able to do it for whatever reason, and then he described killing her with a baseball bat [or whatever] while his baby daughter slept in the adjoining room, comments about KK would quickly be put on a back burner. Still IMO.

In the arrest affidavit CL said they were divorced in the summer of 2018. However, others are saying court records state they were divorced on June 27, 2016.

Was their divorce filed on June 27, 2016 and final in 2018?

I may have to go look for that again just to see it. I missed it perhaps because the ones I watched I could not hear her, etc.

I would not want to be anyone in these two's circles, not their attorney, mother, friend, nor even errand or paper boy nor their goldfish.

May Baby K be raised for away from those that know either of these two.

Count Me In as number three who thinks that the FBI might have been looking at him and his brother and specifically did that interview where his brother works, so he would find out about it.

When I learned from that YouTube channel that a lot of people don't like to watch, that in her interview with him the neighbor said that the FBI came to her property to surveil, ( her property is higher ground and overlooks his she said) I was thinking perhaps they had a stingray ( and or A real time live wire tap) near there to capture any Communications when she was brought in and up to the time of his arrest.

With them surveilling, they could have been staged and that is how they were there so quickly the morning that he was arrested. And that they saw them getting ready to leave from the neighbor's property. They were at the gate when they were leaving.

It is a possibility. It would take LE a good 20 minutes to get to the ranchette from Divide, which I would think is where the FBI and SD would have gathered. LE had already cut the lock and were driving up the drive as PF and SF were heading out. Someone from LE in Divide could have called that morning and told PF that LE was on the way. PF is shuffling around in some different kind of footwear, if they only had the 20 minute heads up, they would have had little time to get ready to head out. If PF's brother called I would think he would have called the night before. All is jmo.

Oh, I totally agree with you, MG! My "but" comes with a total cremation outside, at night, maintaining the degree needed to completely destroy a body and PF's patience and ability to maintain that consistent heat to do so.
I feel KB is still in large enough findable pieces. (I don't know how to put that tactfully) And that's where the dump comes in. Disposing them in the river, IMHO, would make them easier to find, perhaps in his mind. Depends on the width and depth of river, tho.

I'm sure his being a ferrier gives him quite a bit of knowledge of heat,and fire, maybe he took her remains after the initial burning to his horseshoe making station, and fired up the remains,of her remains. Before dumping them . Ughhhhhh.

I 100% agree with this assessment, OLB.
I'm very skeptical that PF's bonfire at La Casa Frazee would have generated the temps needed to completely reduce KB to ashes.

This landfill/dump search is all about finding KB's remains. There is no other reason to go to such painstaking and costly lengths to conduct a search of that magnitude.
I agree with you that there are remains that remain identifiable via DNA match.
My prediction is a successful outcome for LE on that search.

PF is the absolute embodiment of evil.
Fortunately, PF is also incredibly, remarkably, mind-blowingly stupid.
I've always maintained that the more we knew about PF's spectacular master plan(!!) and ensuing action steps, the more stunned we'd be at his utter idiocy.

He has a sum total of zero executive functioning skills.

PF is doomed. His goose is cooked. As is his hide. He's well and truly frazeed.
