Not in that order, though.

She cleaned the crime scene
Went to Sonic (burger joint)
Went to Nash Ranch to retrieve the body
Went to PF's place and witnessed burning of the body
Then ate pizza, presumably (PF gave her two slices)

I'm very curious to see their individual movements during the time that they followed through on conspiracy to murder PF's wife. They were not always in the same place - almost frantically trying to cover their tracks. I'd like to map this out, as I'm curious about what they were thinking.

Wait a dang min!
This has to be wrong!
Right?
Did she clean up with the body still there???

"The arrest warrant states that Frazee and Kenney together drove Berreth’s body to Frazee’s Nash Ranch in Fremont County, where they placed it, reportedly stuffed in a black bag, in a barn atop haystacks. Later, they retrieved the remains"
Investigators depict gruesome murder scene with new details in Berreth murder case

Moo
Pikes Peak Courier NEEDS to read the arrest affidavit , they are wrong on several key points in this case. Terrible reporting. I sent a message to the editor.

IANAL either. :) The affidavit was presented at the preliminary hearing for the court to determine whether sufficient evidence exists to proceed with prosecution. The court ruled yes, there is.

Ok thank you! That's what I was thinking too, just had to clarify.

I still worry that if there is something inaccurate, the defense will be able to poke holes in it and create reasonable doubt.

Does it come down to her corroborating that he had the intent and premeditation required for first-degree murder, and otherwise he might get off with Thanksgiving emotion manslaughter?
Her testimony solidifies their case.

No, Walmart is located in Woodland Park (WP), and also where KB's townhome located, --the alleged scene of her murder.

The only thing in Cripple Creek is the Teller County Courthouse.

From Nash Ranch to Divide, or Cripple Creek?

I so agree on these trip timelines, they boggle the mind...

The only thing about him having something to hold over her head, why could he not still use it against her now? He is in jail with high bond but he could still talk... Just thoughts...
He still might. He might be advised right now not to talk until his lawyers sift through all of those 3300 pages and get his version of how things went down.

Thank you. So he put her in the black plastic tote and hoisted her onto the haystack. Then he picked her up from the haystack with KK and burned the case and her body in an incinerator on his mother's property?

Plausible and possible?
No incinerator. The tote was placed in a trough, wood piled on top of that, and gasoline used as an accelerant. Maybe oil too, I'm not sure about that.

They had pizza after the body burning, MassGuy. Sonic was earlier on the date........moo

First thought is Perugia Italy where suspects ate pizza right after the body was cold.

You have to wonder where exactly Krystal was when she got this phone call. I know she was with her family, as her Dad said she was there and that she acted fine (just like Patrick at his Mom's house). I mean, how do you talk about something like this after eating turkey and trimmings and pie? How do you look at the rest of the family after such a call, and act like nothing's wrong? How do you explain this unexpected trip back to Colorado for the fourth time in less than two months time to your family and friends? You can only get away with the "checking on our horse" story for so long. I just can't imagine me saying "sure, no problem, be there Saturday morning for the clean up, thanks for calling and Happy T-day to you, Patrick!"

Where does her dad live - not the address, but the town. I'm curious about where they were to cover their tracks.

Snipped for brevity and BBM

Agreed and well said !
Curious now to see if PF still defends mommy dearest. Or if he'll turn on her.
He must know there's a good chance he's going down, so why not take everyone he can place blame upon ?
I'm sure he thought she'd just be declared missing and he would have the baby all to himself.
Well, himself and his mother.

Curious... if he planned to get rid of KK at some point ?
She should just be thankful she's alive.
I'm not feeling sorry for her.

I'd like to know about his whole family. Yes, I know we can't sleuth them but he has a father, too. Haven't seen any signs of him. Is he dead? I also saw mention that his sister posted here and trashed Kelsey. How did anyone know that's who the poster was? Then the brother, the cop, allegedly estranged from PF. None of them showed up for Kelsey's vigil or spoke publicly about any concern for her.

Do we have a sense of where the phones were and times?

Investigator Greg Slater of the CBI stated that Verizon originally tracked the two phones moved together from Woodland Park toward Cripple Creek. I think our Tweeters in the colurtroom missed what he actually said, which was "toward The Cripple Creek Turnoff". US 24 literally divides at the town of Divide, with the Colorado State Highway 61 to Cripple Creek veering off left and US24 continuing straight westward. As they turned southward following State Highway 11, then State Highway 102 to State Highway 85 south to the Dave Nash Ranch. I'm assuming the hay barn is reached by taking the second turnoff to the left.
The residential buildings of the ranch appear to be way down State Highway 85, the last turnoff to the left before the highway deadends in a gravel pit. On Google Earth, if you look northwest of those residential buildings, there is a straight strip of once graded land heading diagonally northwest. That strip is actually an FAA listed airfield ......Nash Ranch Airport. IMO

The AA cites motor oil.

It’s a guess, but I’d say he would have attempted to clean the house with some sort of small sponge and a bar of soap, or simply burned the house down.

Why do you do this to me? The other night it was tea, tonight, water shooting of my nose. Thanks!

KK did one smart thing in hiring the attorney before she told the whole, ugly, sordid story. She is far from smart, so I'm assuming one of the people she blabbed to early on told her, "You need to get a good lawyer". Imagine the charges she would be facing if she just told LE everything she knew up front. MOO

Didn't she tell her office manager that she was involved in a murder plot before the murder happened?

Here's a start - KB's house on Lake, PF's house (actually his mama's house) in Florissant. Google Maps

Oh what a shame that the tractor didn't run him over, or several bales of hay didn't come crashing down on his head. Karma for poor Kelsey.

Or a little gasoline explosion?

Back to Walmart for giant size Baby Wipes!
Or just get more usage out of the gas can and use an accelerant and an old fashioned match. Faster and easier.
