Why would they deploy them without prior knowledge of what would transpire?

PF was the last one to see KB alive.

He was caught in a huge lie about the last time he saw KB and when he left her condo.

He was back at her condo via security images.

He lied to Doss about KB going to visit her grandmother.

He lied to Doss about KB having a drug problem.

Blood evidence was found at the Franch.

PF had KB's phone for days after KB was last seen.

Cadaver dogs hit on an area at the Nash ranch that was used by PF.

PF had a bonfire at the Franch while KB was missing and MF witnessed it. AS both KB and PFs phones were pinging together there.

PF showed zero concern that KB was missing and that nobody had hear from her.

He lied to CB saying he returned KB's gun yet it was determined that he had given it to KK and it ended up in Idaho.

LE found a medical document dated for December 14th that didn't have KB listed as a medical contact for her own child.

Could be, but I'm inclined to believe LE had him under surveillance 24/7 from an adjacent property. I suspect they saw PF and SF loading up and getting ready to head out and cut them off at the pass before they got to a highway. All went according to plan and no unnecessary drama or injuries. AND baby K was safely taken. I've thought all along that PF and SF were going to hide baby K with someone as they felt the walls closing in on them. MOO

possibly the reason for such was not only surveillance, but also to put up a Stingray or something like that a week before his arrest,. That was where the origins of this discussion was.

Neighbor said that LE was activly survielling the franch up to a week before his arrest and from the neighbors property...

I’m sticking with standard cellphone pings and triangulation for location, and KKLs info leading to the arrest of PF.

Actually, I believe this account may have been embellished here.

I recall that cadaver dogs made hit on area behind the bumper of KB's parked sedan. However, I don't recall the AA or agent testimony declaring that KK specifically cited that PF told her he set the black tote carrying KB's body down in the parking lot. Is there a link available for this account? TIA.

Hmmmm, Who would know that his phone was taken that day when he met with law enforcement and his brother? What time did law enforcement meet with him to take the phone, and what time did she go to get a new phone? Wondering Minds want to know.

I still think when they went on the hill above his house to do surveillance for the week before he was arrested, that they had that capturing mechanism that right now I can't remember the name of it. It captures and intercepts all phone calls instead of being sent to a tower. If they had somebody that they thought was instrumental in this case, I would have thought they would have already been arrested. But I guess not.

Once the 32 search warrants are released, we will know more information.

I thought I had a great response to this then realized I was off by about 17 days. Can you guys help me on dates here? December 4th what happens with PF? I know this is the day KK decides she needs a new phone. I can go back and look but it’s just way easier if you guys fill me in quick.

LE took his phone and he got a new one. IIRC, the same day or the day after he surrendered his phone to LE and got a new one, KK told her ex-husband she had lost her phone and had to get a new one.

I pray they found a ton of evidence!

At that time, law enforcement possibly knew that she had known to destroy her phone, and that they were communicating possibly with Burner phones. And he may have been communicating with somebody else through other burner phones.

On December 4th they take PF's phone. KK goes buys a new one

I haven't been able to read every post as I usually do when I follow a case. For those who think KK is lying about everything and is the one who actually murdered KB, what do you think PF's role was? If you don't believe a bat is the murder weapon, how do you think she was killed?

I think the general outline of the story is true but she's added or deleted details based up what she thinks investigators know and what puts her in the "best light" <- Ridiculous, I know.

December 4th is the day they took PF's phone and the very same day KK got rid of hers (as if she knew his was taken). It was quite a time before he was arrested.

Shoot I think I’m getting lost now I thought I had every detail down. So are you saying this is all happening by green Toyota? Which obviously was not there on nov.22 since red pickup was all over cameras. So is this placing KK at scene? Sorry if I’m overthinking this or got lost. I guess I just need it spelled out.

That specific comment, I don't disagree with.

But as has been discussed quite a bit, everything that she is saying they want to verify. And also they want to know any Communications to verify such.

We have seen law enforcement try to verify most of the things that she has said. And I think this may have been another way to have supported them doing such. That is just my opinion

The stingray mentioned. They’re typically deployed when LE is already looking for someone, or have prior knowlege IMO
