Did Patrick know CB and Kelsey’s brother were arriving on the 4th? Hence, the trip to the home to pick up the package on the 3rd to give the appearance KB had retrieved it and therefore was still alive?

And Cheryl had told Patrick about the package long before it was picked up as I recall.

From my personal experience last year, once I went through the motions of asking for it to be closed, I was given a reminder that I had 14 days to download any content I wished to keep. The day prior to the 14th day, I was sent one more reminder that I had 24hrs to download any content. But, like I said, during those 14 days, I had the option of deleting content from my Facebook so that if someone checked my Facebook account they would not see anything of interest.

I guess I was more getting at how long FB has access to retrieval. One would think it would occur at the same time but it seemed to me it was a bit longer than what it shows for the user. Yet I could be wrong.

Whatever the case, I hope they got everything they could. It would not surprise me if she had more than one FB, they had multiples of everything else :)

It would be nearly impossible to follow every crime (or other news story) but the poor reporting during this investigation definitely points out something that has been more and more of a problem in recent years — terrible “reporting.”

Everyone seems to be a “journalist” these days and even the incorrect stories get picked up by others and spread far and wide. I’m sure there was some of that in the past, too, but the Internet makes it difficult to correct this stuff, even if a person tries.

The one I have noticed most today comes with headlines that say “PF threatened to kill a nurse” when the baby was born. As much as I detest this guy that’s not what the search warrants say. CB relayed a description of his actions after the birth, where he said later that he “should have killed” the nurse.

No one is held accountable for poor reporting anymore. It hurts everyone.

CB had asked PF to pick it up in a phone conversation. He claimed he was in Westfield but would go after. It appears he went with his buddy RS who actually went to the door to get it so PF would not be picked up by the surveillance video of the neighbour.

RS's concern about PF being caught on camera tells me that PF had told him he was being 'railroaded'.

I have noticed it in the last several crimes I have followed. And MSM is just as guilty as the internet. Nothing ever matches up. For each story, another outlet says just the opposite. For each date, another outlet says a different date. Etc., etc.

I guess the best one can do is go by the court documents and press conferences as much as possible.

It frustrates and irritates me though and it seems to be a continual problem...

I found it interesting they are aware of the surveillance videos at this time. I have always wondered if he was when this all occurred as well...

He couldn't have been or he wouldn't have lied to LE about returning to KB's on Thanksgiving Day. I think that might have been the first indication LE had that something was amiss.

Actually, I just checked the Wrongful Death complaint and she asked Frazee to pick up the package on Dec. 2nd.
I guess this friend of his is not to bright. First he tells the bank manager to forget they were there, and then tells PF he shouldn't be seen at the house, after CB had asked him to pick up a package there! Imo

Agree.
The internet has created the whole Online News industry rather than the old days of newspapers being delivered to people's front door each morning. In those old days, the news companies had all day to try to validate and edit their "stories" before a paper would go to print by the print deadline each day.

There was still huge competition to be the first to break open a story but they at least had all day to try to validate their stories. And even if another newspaper wanted to run the same news after seeing another paper's story, it was a lot of work before they could prepare their own version of the story and get it to their next day's print deadline.

Nowadays, with the internet and how quick a copy + paste is, and with the pressure to carry late breaking news online, practically all a lot of the news places do is just copy+paste with no attempt to validate much of what they are reporting about.

Its really sad in a lot of ways but when the information is accurate it is advantageous. I remember when a recent breaking news story was told to me and when I jumped online I found about 5 other places that all carried the story and I was then able to gather the information to know what happened. So I guess there are pros and cons.

One major con is that whatever we read in the online news, we have to remember it could be like the child telephone game where by the time the 99th clone of the story is out there on the internet, then some facts are probably misconstrued.

Great point. I guess I wondered with what is not caught on camera if they knew--like the removal of the tote. Yet you are right, if he knew, he sure screwed up on his times with LE.

This was KB's bank/credit union, right? Why would PF
have been at the ATM? Something important about him
showing up there on video. Any ideas?
Did he cash one or some of her checks? Wanting to know
if baby showed in video tells me they were trying to get their story straight on where baby was at what time. ??

In all the videos of PF and the baby....did we ever “see” the baby or only saw the car seat/carrier? The baby could hav been with PF mom or by herself somewhere.

And then the COURT dox are incorrect....it's very frustrating sometimes!

So now I wonder if KK WAS recorded at KB's but the recordings were timed out. If PF was so aware of the cameras, what did he tell KK about being seen entering KB's to clean up? Or did PF only become aware of the cameras after the fact and hence the admonition from Slagle to stay in the car? There's so much evidence against Patrick that I'm not too worried, I'd just like some verification outside of KK's word for a lot of what she said happened.

Yes, I catch that all of the time too. That one really gets me because they are legal docs. It happens a lot.

DATELINE NBC PREMIERES EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH EX-GIRLFRIEND OF COLORADO MAN ACCUSED OF MURDERING FIANCEE LAST NOVEMBER | NBCUniversal Media Village
Patrick Frazee’s Former Girlfriend Vanessa Curie Reveals Relationship Details

Curie’s Mom Says Daughter Contemplated Suicide While Dating Frazee

The Vanishing of Kelsey Berreth Airs Friday, March 8 at 10pm ET

The ex-girlfriend of Patrick Frazee, the Colorado man accused of murdering his fiancée Kelsey Berreth in November, sits down in an exclusive interview with Dateline NBC,premiering March 8 at 10pm ET/9pm CT on NBC. Vanessa Curie and her mother, Georgia, open up about Vanessa’s relationship with Frazee, which lasted about three years.

Georgia tells NBC News’ Andrea Canning: “He was very charming at first. And then he confides in her. She'd always say he was this little boy in a man's body.” She added, “And then when he know he'd have her, he’d spin this mental cruelty web around her to the point where she almost thought about suicide one weekend.” Click here to watch the exchange, which aired on TODAY this morning.

During the one-hour broadcast, NBC News’ Andrea Canning sits down with Frazee’s friend Clinton Cline, who believes Frazee did not commit the murder, as well as Kelsey’s cousin JoDee Garretson, who is speaking out for the first time on television since the February preliminary hearing.

The Vanishing of Kelsey Berreth features a comprehensive look at the latest in the case, including an interview with Laura Stutzman, a close acquaintance of Idaho nurse Krystal Jean Lee Kenney. Kenney, who once had a relationship with Frazee, has pled guilty to one charge of tampering with evidence and in testimony to prosecutors, says Frazee murdered Kelsey. Frazee has not yet entered a plea and his lawyer declined to comment.

Thank PommyMommy I seldom watch but will try hard to remember to watch this tomorrow night! And thanks for all you are doing and posting ...three cheers fot you!

What was he doing with her ENT card and a money transfer slip belonging to her?

Also, we have Verizon bills but then also a Go Wireless receipt for SF. Are these for different phones/accounts? Not sure what Go Wireless is...

Numerous keys to various residences, PO boxes, vehicles also sounds odd to me...

The ENT checks, etc. from the Estate of R Frazee I mentioned last night...

I can't think of a reason they would take empty dog food bags...??

Does anyone know what Entry 47 is in the return--does that say Nook?

Centurylink, Waste Management and IERA invoices for SF. Any idea what IERA is?

https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/Teller/caseofinterest/2018CR330/002/18-112 Execution.pdf

Just thoughts, clarifying even for myself to go do some searching and pulling them from the mess of documents... :)

IERA could be something like Individual Employment
Retirement Account for SF. Or maybe the E is a typo and
it's a simple IRA.

When lumped in with Century Link and Waste Management, I am betting it is IREA, our local electric company.

I missed some pages and cannot respond to the original question but there has been some talk about why PF and his friend were at the bank. It supposedly wasn’t just about ATM video, they claimed they were there to see a timeline of transactions on November 22. Is that true? Who knows, because their intent could very well have been the video discovery.

If he had password access he could have seen transactions online, so asking about the timeline does seem off.

Page 12
I don't think the timeline is off. Her last known purchase was at Safeway. Her purse with her ATM card would have been in the home which he had access to at the house. LE has him already on camera at the bank presumably with KB in the back of his truck. Again, PF does not seem to concern with getting caught. He is going to claim they shared accounts.

I find that odd. CB calls pf to pick up package yet he has friend pick it up in friends vehicle. Why would pf do that?

Is it possible that KK had already deleted the content of her account once she realized she was on LE's radar?
Or SR did.
