If LE went into KB's home on 11/25 and determined her purse was not there it seems as if it was a check of all rooms. If KK cleaned up on 11/24 one would think the first smell would be bleach and other things. Very small place, winter, etc.

A possible missing person, smell of bleach, no purse. Were both vehicles there?

No point. Just talking out loud.

Purely IMO but it would not surprise me if PF sent KB to the liquor store to pick up alcohol for him on multiple occasions and now will try to point out that she frequented the liquor store to try to back up the lies he was telling CC about her having issues with alcohol.

The more I read about Kelsey's murder, I think PF premeditated this for a long time.
Stupid, yes. But cunning and evil.
How much hate can you have in your heart, to plan this for so long ?

Found it, College of Southern Idaho, ADN. The queen quest
You were right, she is an ADN not an RN. CSI doesn't have a BSN program, and that is where she went to school and graduated from.
Well one thing is certain she works hard for what she wants. PF She worked hard to travel 3 times to get rid of Kelsey, she worked hard to clean up the murder scene, she worked hard too rope others in to help her, help PF.
Two friends Meghan, and MS, the lawyer couple, the guy she pawned KB's gun to, the aunt she took along for the poisoning.
Did I leave anyone out.
I wonder if she'll be stripped of her Queenship now. These things are not qualities that represents what a Rodeo Queen,or the State Flag stand for.

Or he planned on killing her that night, but for some reason didn't go through with it until later on in the day. Imo
I wonder if he had someone lying in wait for her to kill her then, but somehow it work out.

Was CC the elected one to talk up PF and trash KB with nothing but PF's words to him third hand? Is he the favored because his initials match those of Cripple Creek? Lol but not.

I first thought of him as probably just some good hearted but somewhat backwards old school redneck. Not anymore. They don't go on Dateline. They would scoff at the thought.

He for some reason reminds me of Cliff Kleven on Cheers. You know, he has it on good authority that Kelsey was in rehab for alcohol.... He knows this because... And that because.... And is the authority on this because... And he looks the part as well.

Just my opinion. I dislike people who say nasty things about murdered victims with no real basis except the words of the arrested perp who murdered the victim...

He reminds me of an ex mine worker, but is jmo. The Cliff comparison is good! lol

Yes, he is the expert, having only seen PF with baby K one time, and one time with KB and Baby K. I have said from the beginning, PF wanted to portray himself as the victim, and he was building up his victimhood from early on.

I think he is the type that thinks he knows it all, and "thinks" is the key word here.

He is going to be taking those words he has spoken against KB back, I am sure of it. She is not here to defend herself, so we do!

Rehab means to be rehabilitated. She didn't need to be re habilitated. She went to California for one appointment on one day because she had depression. I'm thinking after she left that appointment she didn't feel that she needed what they had to offer.
I thought she was there for 2 weeks.. Did I hear that wrong?

PF probably asked KB to go to the liquor store every time, as part of his master plan to trash KB.
I was thinking the exact same thing!!!!!!

Maybe, but why was he there for 2 hours if someone else killed KB?

I don't know about her Queenship but she has been stripped of her "Decent Human Being" title for sure!!

So very well you said that. We do and will defend her.

CC seems to not have a clue this was a murder of a human. Duh.

I do not want to knock the actor but the Cliff character came to me right off in Dateline.

I think too that PF is the type that when he brought KB around maybe in the beginning if anyone did like her, he would be jealous of the attention she received, and if any hick said you think she is going to shovel 🤬🤬🤬🤬 he would have bought it, thought he looked stupid and had to act like he was "not with her". That type truly does exist... Sadly...

Just my opinion though.

^^^ Lol. Thanks for the much-needed chuckle. :)

So much for KK the (ex) Rodeo Queen.

I had tried finding any complaints against KK a couple of weeks ago. At the time, I didn't find any. I'll double-check today, and let all of you know the results.

ETA: Here's the link I used to check for complaints against KK. I found none; however, disciplinary actions may or may not be public (see BBM below);

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

Maybe because she has not been charged yet, and wont be until PF's trail is over, they will not list any disciplinary information, she could just be in limbo. jmo

The hearing on February 19th stated one day that Sam guy tweeted it

I understood it as a 10-11 day course in a program held in CA facility that specialized in stress/depression management and is accepted by her religious affliation. MOO

Any hospital would be foolish to hire her.
Not just because of the notoriety of the murder and trial, but this woman traveled three times to murder a lady and backed out-- and covered for her 'man' after knowing what he'd done.
She never warned Kelsey, when she knew KB was going to be killed.

I wouldn't want her treating any of my family, nor my friends.

I believe my brother watching CC on Dateline had the best take on him: "He thinks two pairs of socks makes a good father... well socks are free at my gym."

Cripple Creek? Yes

The person interviewed on "Dateline"? I don't think we can go past what is on MSM or court documents and discuss that here, but you should ask a moderator :)
He ought to be ashamed. Saying KB lost her job,She's taken off before, making it look like she's a raging alcoholic.
I wonder what he has to say now.
The same BS, or will he apologise, and eat that crow.
Because I think a lot people are looking at him and going. HMMMMMMM

Talking about the 21st. The night before when she was out checking his cows. Getting his meds, etc.

Re. the bolded portion : Yes, the DM article displayed yet another side of PF that in hindsight should have been a warning sign for Kelsey.
Not blaming her at all as up until the hour of her death she was doing errands for HIM. (as a previous poster pointed out.)
Imo, Kelsey chose to see the good in people , and she may have given PF chance after chance. :(

So sorry, Kelsey.
You did nothing to deserve the atrocious death handed to you by that monster !

I wondered with her facility stay for depression and anxiety for two weeks in August, and then her mothers visit 2 months later in October, if she was starting to see the light about her relationship with PF. That it was going nowhere, & was unhealthy. Maybe she, and CB talked during her visit and possibly KB was leaving the area, and PF. I can see where this would enrage him, as his control over her would be gone.

No, she did nothing to deserve this, a bright light needlessly gone.

Do you think it's possible that KK voluntarily granted them access? She couldn't give them her phone because she 'lost' it ten days before they contacted her, but once she agreed to cooperate, I would assume that meant voluntarily turning account access to LE.

There was a reference to her travels on Google (some feature I don't use) - she had turned it off for the Thanksgiving period so her husband wouldn't be able to track her. I don't know when or how LE got that info - it's possible CL told them.

PF surrendered his phone to LE. I don't recall a search warrant being issued.

eta: I can't face another run through the dox this morning. Do you recall if there was a search warrant for PF's FB?
I believe his phone had a cracked screen ( per search warrant) when he gave it to LE. Imagine that. No wonder he surrendered it. Didn't think they could glean anything from it in that condition.
