I believe this also speaks to how dangerous NPD+ individuals are in that they can keep their masks so secure to the outside, appearing as pillars and/or good guys in their community, without even a hint of their true personality towards their primary supply. Hence the "street angel house devil" acronym.

I can hear PF telling KB: "nobody will believe you."

What CC sees is a guy who voluntarily shoes donkeys for a community group. A lot of work for no immediate cash. That seems nice. Murder would be tough for him to comprehend. It is tough for us to comprehend- how many times have we said this murder was senseless? So PF is nicer to stray donkeys than to his baby's mother.

Just dreaming, but I think we should copy and paste Gardener1850's timeline into a document and send it to CC and RS. Just give them something to think about before they open their mouths again. Maybe also include copies of the AA and SW's. They can read, can't they??

Although I'm satisfied they have PF nailed with respect to phone data and video, I'm really unsure of KK's "story" about how things went down on the 22nd. The details about the sweater, candles, bat, tooth and where the murder took place are just PF's "version" of what happened that he told her. We KNOW he's a pathological liar and so is she (unless she's cutting a deal to save her ar$e from prison). But even her "truth" may be a lie if PF made up this cr@ppola. We have no sweater, no candles purchased at Walmart (as far as I know), no bat, no tooth and there's a lot of blood evidence in the bathroom. She was so keen for LE to find evidence to trace back to PF (and her, the idiot) that she got rid of evidence that would have solidified her bizarre story. There's no way to prove or disprove that part of the narrative. I so much hope they find what's left of the black plastic tote and that it contains KB's remains, as sad as that makes me. It would at least make her somewhat credible.

I'm still not buying the solicitation business. I need to see the texts that without a doubt confirm that part of her story or I don't buy it.

It was also enormously convenient that RS lives close to Nash Ranch. RS will be PF's alibi for being in that area. To bad PF can't explain why KB's phone was there too.

That would also mean if the brother said he showed up shortly after he did at 2:30 (paraphrasing), it was false. I don't think he forgot the phone because they traveled together shortly thereafter.

True. If it’s a 20 minute drive from Woodland Park to Florissant, it would seem he couldn’t have arrived at the ranch until at least 5 pm or so.

Exactly. There are lies and holes in this story. Or mistakes. More likely lies.

I finished watching the Dateline program about Kelsey this a.m. and would just like to say, that I am very angry the FEMALE interviewer didn't bring up the possibility of Postpartum Depression, when that red-faced old fool was talking about drinking! It seems to me, that she had a highly stressful life and was trying to make the best of it all. A new job, long commute, a new baby, moving away from her family, (not to mention putting up with abusive, immature PF) these were major changes in her life.

And that would be with the body... If he went elsewhere, even later...

  • #387
Absolutely. Her time of death can be narrowed down to a two hour window on Thanksgiving Day.

Logically, you can narrow it down to a smaller window (time to initiate “game” and cursory blood cleanup), but it doesn’t really matter.

When PF left that house with KB’s phone, she was dead.
Yes, and apparently from 3:30 to 4:50, both phones are travelling back towards PF's home. From 4:24 - 4:50 he makes several calls.
And we know Kelsey was not at the Frazee ranch that night. At least not alive. Imo

This was CC recounting what PF told him.

It was made clear by Sam Kraemer, that these claims were unfounded.

If so, they should have proof of both then. That would be a great thing.
There have been pretty clear videos taken from inside WalMarts of other perps and their purchases... so if he bought candles, etc. There should be footage.

I agree. I think it has been said he purchased formula, diapers and such. No mention of candles or a tote. Yet who knows if that was omitted.

Walmart has some of the best cameras. To me, it looks like he knew it posing for a picture in the baby aisle.

That is just my opinion though.

So he left with the phone and without her dead body you are stating? And what is with the white box in the back of the truck? Where oh where is the tote? I guess it could be in the box but I think the box has been described as a crate also. Bang my head against wall. Hmm.

IIRC, his brother did not say "shortly after", he said later. Not "a little later", either, just later. I will look for a link. Until then, MOO.

ETA: From Sam Kraemer's courtroom tweets:

11:34 a.m.

Slater said they found Frazee called his mother around 4:24 p.m. on Nov. 22 and they determined that the phone pinged off of a tower in Woodland Park, near Berreth’s townhome. Slater then said Frazee called an Idaho number at 4:37 p.m. that pinged off the same tower. Slater said records show he received a call from the same number, that one pinged off of a tower in Divide, located between Woodland Park and the Frazee property in Florissant.

(You’re too easy, Mom24! :) I was anticipating a rebuttal and hoping maybe we could get a game of ping pong going like @MassGuy and @gardener1850 :) JK)

But you made such good points that I thought "aha, maybe whatever it is that made CW talk could make PF talk too" since I do believe they are twins.

Don't go to that trouble for me. Busy boy regardless... And then to the father figure's...

Live blog: Patrick Frazee appears in court for preliminary hearing

From above:

A still frame from the surveillance camera showed Frazee, Berreth as well as the flowers that she picked up from the Safeway store in front of her door around 1 p.m. on Nov. 22.

Thanks. I was hoping to find something more official from LE and a more exact time in one of the documents. Based on the other items on the timeline we know PF wasn't there exactly at 1 PM-- he was seen on video in Walmart at that time.
IMOO-- PF had to have picked up baby KB sometime between 12:37 (PF and KB trucks both seen driving towards KB's one minute apart) and 12:44 (PF's truck seen driving South away from KB's and towards the bank/Walmart).
We could potentially narrow the timeline even more to sometime between 12:41 and 12:44 if we think KB sent the 12:41 text about sweet potatoes and picking up pecans just after PF drove off with baby K (which I think is possible but I'm torn on if the text was sent before or after PF took baby KB).
And at some point in that 3-7 minutes the neighbor also left and saw PF's truck parked there with both of KB's vehicles-- but didn't see any people outside.

MOO.

They said he bought diapers baby formula dog food and coke on the 11/22 trip. Could have purchased them before though.

Tippy and everybody has done such a great job keeping this up. I have a question though.

Why is there no mention of the fact, which I recalled, that they were seen on The Neighbors camera with flowers at the door? I don't see any mention in the above of the flowers with a neighbor's camera and was wondering if that fact has been discounted? As I thought it was pretty important.

Although I didn't find specific reference to the neighbors surveillance of PF, KB, baby K, and flowers at KB's door in the AA, this information was testified to by WPPD Adams at the preliminary hearing on 2/19/19.

Adams testified about the surveillance capturing PF, KB, baby, and flowers at the door at approximately 1pm --using a still photo (Exhibit).

The following tweet and Courtroom update for 2/19 hearing are the only references I've seen confirming flowers captured in surveillance.

Sam Kraemer‏ @SamKraemerTV

State gives him another still of that neighbor’s surveillance. He says it shows Berreth, Kaylee, Frazee & her flowers out front of Kelsey’s door around 1 p.m. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

I wonder what he bought at Walmart? Candles and a large plastic tote?
Baby formula, discount diapers, Coke brand soft drinks and one more thing that just won't stick in my brain.

Sorry, already answered. Maybe next time I'll remember the dog food!

I think we're on the verge of discovering new (low)levels of mental acuity in adults. It can't be all poor decision-making, can it?

it reminds me of when a child or adolescent gets involved "with the wrong crowd" except KK was an adult and PF is not a crowd. Did she somehow regress to an adolescent state in his company? Even that does not easily translate into murder. She does say that she was trying to please him. Patty Hurst? Still weird.
