This is one of the most confusing of many confusing things. We really need testimony from SF and SF2 about who was at the ranchette and when on Thanksgiving.

We also seem to know next to nothing at this point about what PF was up to on the 23rd, before KK got there. IIRC, he visited RS (or his cellphone did) on the 23rd.

Both RS and the Nash Ranch barn where KB was allegedly stored are apparently in cellphone 'dead zones' and I expect the defense to point that out at trial.

I don't know who owns Nash Ranch, but PF had keys to the barn.

He appears to have gone back to the ranchette, based on cellphone pings and SF2's testimony that he was there sometime after 2:30 PM. Cellphone pings also indicate that he went to RS's late on t the 22nd, and also on the 23rd and 24th, IIRC.

I suspect PF told RS something on the night of the 22nd and enlisted his help in developing an iron-clad alibi. I'd be surprised if LE isn't reviewing camera footage in hopes of tracking RS's movements.

First hand accounts from witnesses, and DHS will have opened a case, so there will be a case number.

I agree and it would have had to of been more than just a little 'tiff' thrown by PF to warrant removal of the baby from the room and questions/interrogation of some degree about PF's behavior. Just not the type of event one would expect of a new dad in the hospital after the birth of a child. Nope, not cool at all.

If he lives outside of Guffey, that area is RURAL as can be, I am not sure there are any cameras out that way? Maybe in the town of Guffey, I think there is a bar/food place and the Post Office and that is it. There is a Church at the intersection of Teller 11 where you turn west to go to Guffey, not sure if they have a camera or not.

I thought that I read that this is a stolen identity used for a burner phone. I believe that KK used this woman's information. That way, the phone couldn't be traced back to her.

Anyone can buy a month-to-month phone with cash and phone minute cards. You then go online and complete the name, etc., when you activate the phone.

We are to believe that KK was not there in Colorado at KB's or PF's. Some feel her phone info may show that she was in Idaho and not Colorado. However, she has admitted herself she had a burner phone that she destroyed along with KB's phone, I don't know if LE/investigators can obtain pings, tracking etc on a burner phone (from what I have researched, they can NOT obtain this information, if the phone has been destroyed which KK admitted to destroying a burner phone herself) About the only other thing, in my opinion, is that she can provide alibis for where she was, that she was in Idaho on the 22nd and not Colorado. Again, however, if these alibis are friends, which we know have already tried to cover for her and we also know that several of them knew things wayyyyy before KB was murdered, well then to me, her alibis don't convince me one bit. With regards to that, on the other hand, an alibi from her employer that she was in Idado working on the 22nd, then yes, I would believe that. Until it is PROVEN somehow that she was NOT in Colorado on the 22nd, then I will always have my doubts. Hopefully, during PF's trial, proof will be provided because otherwise IMO the defense will have a hay-day with that and the jurors may also. JMO

Yes, Cell phone records show PF left his place around 9:54pm on 11/22, both his and KB's phone numbers showed they traveled together, they pinged a few minutes apart of each other, then when they were near where RS lives they ceased from 10:15pm - 10:48pm, they reappear again at 10:48pm, with a final signal near PF's house at 11:11pm.

I'm confused now about something. Did PF go to Thanksgiving dinner at SF's with the tote with Kelsey in it? Or did he take it to Nash Ranch and then go to dinner?
Also, I asked some time ago, does anybody know who owns Nash Ranch? I've never seen that discussed. I think it's important to know why PF was comfortable taking and leaving the tote there.

If you know the county and address of Nash Ranch, there's a good possibility you could do a property search in the county to find the info. Some counties have online searches others don't.

Yes, law enforcement can absolutely obtain location data from a destroyed burner phone.

All phones have phone numbers, and require cell towers to transmit phone calls and texts.

The mistake was using this phone to contact PF, which provided a link. KK also knew this number, and would be required to provide it to law enforcement.

This data can all be tracked.

Burner or not, her location will be known.
