Personally, I’m hoping for more punishment for her.

Best chance of that happening that I can see rests on the terms of her probation, which she will almost certainly receive as part her sentence, when she is eventually sentenced.

Fingers crossed that terms of KK's probation are highly restrictive and numerous.
Also, let's hope that KK has an extremely strict and vigilant PO, who maintains an almost obsessively eagle-eyed watch over all of her activities.

KK strikes me as being the type who will demonstrate an almost total disregard for any rules or restrictions placed on her by the court, so I in fact really like her chances of violating her probation, regardless of what the terms are...she has shown a disdain for all of society's rules, laws and behavioral norms already, as evidenced by her cleanup activities after KB's murder.

The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.
KK is a bad person. Bad people commit bad acts.
She'll land herself in trouble again.
And next time, there won't be any "Get Out of Jail Free" card handed to her.

She probably owed him, you know, borrowed a car or a phone or he drove her somewhere:rolleyes:

From what I recall, he was a "dealer" of guns. She may have made a few bucks as well, help cover some of her travel and stalking expenses.

Or maybe there were further plans but her being caught put an end to it--meaning just imagine if that gun ended up with some person or somewhere... Kelsey is being looked for and lo and behold...

I am as interested in her gf's gun with the missing bullet as I am with this one.

alleged missing bullet....

Yes If it perhaps is a swab from one of the guns, KK would of thought to wipe it down on the outside , don't think she would of thought of swabbing the barrel with a gun cleaner, if there was quite a bit of blood so many parts that a speck could of gotten in, it always puzzled me why she gave the gun away, when she could of easily tossed it in the gorge, unless she intended on getting it back someday or PF wanted it back at some point . As bad as shooting KB would have been, it is a easier thing to process than beating her with a baseball bat.
The gun scenario is still speculation as a lot of what we imagine or assume is, but it makes more common sense with PF insisting if KK would not take the body then she had to take the gun. Why he would even think about getting rid of her gun, just leave it in the condo, especially since KB had told her mom she got her gun back and they went target shooting the night and early morning preceding her death. A puzzle with so many missing pieces and multiple folks that knew where the box was and had handled the pieces.

I never have understood these people, Hatch. IMHO, they failed Covering Yer Tush During The Commission Of A Murder 101.
WHY they were burning phones, giving away guns, burning purses was beyond me. The keys went over a mountain side. Why not the rest of the stuff as KK was driving an 800 mile route? There had to be at least 20-30 good drop offs on that drive. And if not, there's enough open land to pull off and pitch and nobody would ever find the things.
But I guess some people just like that drama before they live happily ever after. (?)

I'm hoping she does *some* of that maximum 3 year sentence, and I hope it *feels* like 30 years. I know life isn't fair, but shoot. Martha Stewart got 5 months in prison and 5 months probation for selling her own shares of stock. MOO

BBM:

People like us can't possibly comprehend the intricacies of the murder plot and subsequent coverup that PF hatched up.

The reason we can't understand the reasoning behind these actions is obviously because we're none of us smart enough to follow the complex machinations of PF's brain.
It takes real genius to formulate such a convoluted, foolproof plan.

Clearly, the coverup plan worked flawlessly for 2 reasons:
PF's superb executive functioning skills, and KK's ability to follow directions.

They really nailed it.
And by "it," I mean their own hides. To a wall.

tmar, I think it will take a totally new identity for KK to move on but then she would never be able to include her education or nursing credentials on a resume.

As long as she uses her real name any potential employer will google her and learn too much to consider her a safe hire.

In that we can all take satisfaction.

MOO

I certainly can be wrong, but as long as you have been involved in a abusive type crime or murder, I dont think you can be a nurse anymore. I'm thinking you have to have your record expunged and the courts don't expunge crimes of abuse and murder.

I think everyone is, myself included.

It’s spectacularly unlikely to happen though.

I have every ounce of faith in KK that she will screw up one way or another. Afterall, this is KK we're talkin' about here.

alleged missing bullet....

Agreed. Pretty much everything stated by any individual is alleged at this point. Nothing has been tried yet. All I know is that she said it to the cops and it is in the court docs. In fact, maybe she is lying for KK and KK wanted her to say it, sure wouldn't be the first lie told by her for her, maybe KK wants them to think there is a bullet missing...

Somehow I doubt that though--I think it is the truth... Or we have another person who thinks nothing of lying to LE and fed agencies. They sure are adding up in this matter if that is the case...

There is a very clear and distinct pattern in the texts received from 11/22 -11/24.

PF and KB are talking as if nothing is wrong and it’s typical relationship stuff then all of a sudden there is this 8 hour gap on 11/24 from when Kk supposedly shows up on scene and is definitely interesting as texts all of a sudden and out of nowhere state “If this is truly what you want. I’ll respect your wishes and give you space. I’ll leave you alone now. You can call me when you decide what you want to do”.

Following right after texts with user names and passwords from Patrick are coming through. What is that about. What are those for?

RSABBM:
Indeed.
That, and the fact that it appears KK's a stress eater.
I foresee a lot of Sonic runs in her future.
So there's that, too.

JMO.
Apropos Sonic - appetite - "large" woman - pregnancy ;):
Sam Kraemer answered on Twitter, that he didn't want to ask the question for a possible pregnancy of KKL. Now, IF she is pregnant by chance, does her lawyer know the date of expected birth and negotiated a court date for her, allowing her to stay in ID (nursing the newborn) and only to be seen on camera in CO? I wonder ...

I don't know an answer, but I would like to hear a little bit more about these texts. Somehow I missed it.

The phone stuff has been driving me crazy. There are these weird gaps that we are not privy to that show more must be going on. I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe you can you will have to check out the search warrants to see these texts. Possibly phone calls that are left out for the purpose of the case.

I am thinking about Kelsey's last day: helping with cattle until the early hours of the morning, then traveling to pick up and deliver medication. Both these tasks are to help PF, the Creep.
After waking, she goes shopping, and plans cooking also for this Creep, while caring for her toddler.
Then bludgeoned to death by the Creep.

With what we have learnt, KK also goes into the Creep category.
I hope PF and KK, obtain just rewards for the remainder of their horrid lives.

Have we heard of any 'welcoming times' for Kelsey by PF's mother: meals, cups of coffee etc?
Perhaps Kelsey was too private to tell others, that she may have been shunned by SF, that Kelsey was not good enough for her precious son.
Well now SF, plus everyone else, will learn how precious PF is.:):):)

I hope all PF’s so called friends and immediate family begin to realize just what a lying nut case he really is. I still believe without a doubt that his mom SF knows way more than she’s ever let on. And if they could treat KB that bad I really wonder what kind of care that baby K got. Hope Baby K never has to darken their world again. MOO

I do not for one moment believe she came to clean that mess up based on his directive to do so. The woman was part of it all along, period, and at the very least was waiting for the call. At the most...we don’t know at this point because some things are not clear.

She is every bit as evil as he is and is extremely lucky that she had the information they needed to proceed against PF. They planned this together and she prodded it along.

Others disagree but that is my opinion and it is as valid as any other opinion I have seen here. I will not change it until evidence comes forward to prove otherwise.

Looks like the the username and password text on 11/25 at 08:53 was incoming FROM Kelsey’s phone TO Patrick’s phone. Am I interpreting this correctly?

I’m interested in this particular text too. What are your thoughts on it Trocroc9?

It’s so bizarre, because it was seemingly unsolicited.

Kelsey’s phone randomly sends a text message to PF, with his Gmail log in information.

This is inexplicable.

Also three phone calls FROM PF phone to KB phone (not texts) shortly before the gmail login text. Hmmm

I don't get it. I thought KB sent the messages about calling when they were done on the 22nd, after asking him if he was up yet and if he wanted to go out to eat.
"Do you even love me?" was sent by KK, right?
Could some of the messages have been preprogrammed? Or was it KK asking him to call when he was done?
Which document is this from?
And where is the message about the pecans? I thought KB sent that after she sent, "call me when you guys are awake."
It just goes straight to the message on the 25th after that.
