Things are going to get mighty interesting. Ashley seems determined and puts on a front as if she's going to convince the jury that KK did it. Have I mentioned about 5000 times already, how I wish this was on TV? I really want to see her in action.
Things are already mighty interesting. What a viper's den. IMHO

Yes....He's also a lot taller than I expected. He's expression didn't change much, if at all. Maybe the most expression I saw out of him was when he poured himself a cup of coffee. He would lean up and take some notes (doodle on his paper, whatever). Then sit back for awhile. rinse, repeat.

Looks like he had just gotten a haircut. Nice and short, lol.

Pictures of the cinnamon rolls show them on the stove.

NO!!!! It's like PF's personal little entrance. Have it guarded. In fact, they have that rode even blocked off where he gets to enter. Us normal folk must enter through the front.

Sorry if I missed anyone else's questions. Wasn't on purpose. Re-ask if I did.

His own entrance. Uh huh. I thought so. I've got some words about that. But unpostable

Thanks for the confirmation.

I think they are worried someone is going to sniper him...
If something happens to PF we never knew GoJacks was anywhere near there.
She/he was in Idaho!

They had a picture. Didn't look like that small of a piece, but who knows what zoom level that was at, haha.

Looked like it could easily be a tooth. JMO

Nope, this was the day KB moved to CO. Many moons before SF found out she was pregnant.
Which leads you to believe, PF never told his mother about KB moving there/existing.
Well then I guess it was just because she didn't like her. I doubt she approved of anyone PF brought home.
I doubt she actually believed she was a prostitute just because it was late when she got back to the ranch. It had more to do with jealousy, I think. Imo

We need to send a copy of @GoJacks work to all of the reporters on this case to show them how it's done. Awesome job and TY so much!
Haha thanks! I haven't really read any reports. Minus some tweets from Sam.
It's wild because most of the media had their laptops out slamming away on those keys for hours.
They should just upload whatever they wrote straight to the interweb (as soon as they cross the street, of course), people would appreciate it more.

The Defenses analogy about buying the house with cracks in the foundation is pretty much going to bite them in the butt. It's only day one and I'm ready to make an offer!

Also, it's so understandable GoJacks felt the need to laugh when certain damning evidence came to light. When the tooth fragment reveal happened, I would have been held in contempt, unable to stifle myself from yelling "Oh they've got you now PF, you are soooo screwed!"

From the link a page or two back.

"Frazee was upset afterward, but told Kenney she'd have another chance because "people go missing all the time," Viehman said.
They tried again in October, this time with a pipe as the weapon, she said. Frazee allegedly instructed Kenney to hit Berreth on the back of the head with the pipe, put her body in a garbage can and drag it down the road, Viehman said."

Extra tidbits we went privy to before...

Yes, it was kind of wild because prosecution went on and on in opening statement. I was thinking in my head, at this rate they are never getting to the first witness. Defense got up and she spoke for like 5 mins. Vague....mostly talked about KK. Said condo wasn't a murder scene. And sat down. I was like, that's it???
Believe opening statement was from 2pm-3:10pm. Prosecution was most of that. We got a break from 3:10-3:25. Then CB took the stand from 3:30-5pm.

Wow. That is such good news for the prosecution. Thank you so much for everything today. I feel like I was there from your detailed account!

Wow, I’m surprised that the defense’s opening was that short.

Reminds me of famed defense attorney, Vincent LaGuardia Gambini’s opening statement in a case involving two wrongly accused young men in Alabama.

“Everything that guy just said is bull***t.”

He won though, which is a key difference. It also was a movie, so there’s that as well.

Oh yah i forgot about that.
KK took the pipe back to SF house and left it at the gate entrance. SF found it.

I believe 2 of his ideas were for her to put her in the trash.

Also if anyone showed up...just run. yah where the heck is KK running to. nowhere.

They did bring up that PF told KK "people go missing all the time. One second your little girl might be at the playground and the next second, she might be gone"

PF also said: "You made a promise to a little girl and you need to keep that promise"
(PF told KK that KB was abusing baby and KK needed to save her from that harm)

Sounds like ABC's national Clayton Sandell and another reporter were there for coverage. Just featured on Nightline. A very balanced report. Their focus seems to be on Krystal Lee. They didn't refer to her as Kenney.

Oh yes, she was referred to as Krystal Lee in court. I kept having to remember who the h*ll KL was when they abbreviated it on the slideshow.

From @GoJacks post #1136: <snip>"This is where it gets very interesting
PF and KB headed back to CO and had an apt secured in Florrisant for her. They got back super late and didn't want to have to set anything up so PF told her she could just spend the night at 'ol Ma's house. OOFTA....bad decision.

Apparently SF woke up and was mad, called her a hooker and made her leave. "<snip>

*snipped by me*

SF calling KB a hooker started KB's first night in Colorado if I'm understanding this post correctly.
Yes, I read that. When the first reports came out apparently CB said that the Frazee family viewed her as a hooker because she would arrive late at night to the property because of her work hours.
Then when SF found out she was pregnant, she felt KB was hiding it from her and kicked her out of the house.
So I'm not getting the idea she was very happy about the pregnancy. Imo

Oooooh that cr@p about KB abusing the baby burns me up!

It ain't like PF didn't know about CPS b/c he'd already been investigated by them right after the baby was born. Yet he contacts KK( who is hundreds of miles away )to murder the baby's mother, not once, but three times!

The dictionaries really need to add "PFery" to their next editions, unless someone has a more suitable term to submit.

So the defense actually sees the handwriting on the wall (of the cracked house)!

Looks like they may have a plan to plea at some point or they're just rushing things along so they can get out of town for Thanksgiving.

I hope they step it up a bit so we don't get the trial overturned due to ineffective counsel.

Thanks for your brilliant coverage @GoJacks!

I get the feeling that reporters under the major news networks are under some internal controls imposed by headquarters because of the strict Decorum Order by the Court.

Only one independent Journalist broke ranks today, tweeting mid-afternoon-- obviously departing from the parameters of the courthouse property early.

okay now onto CB.....which was very eye opening.

Viehman starts out by asking her to talk about Kelsey to us.
Talks about Kelseys love of aviation and knew from a young age that's what she wanted to do. Originally wanted to be a crop duster or something of the sort. CB chokes up a bit at the beginning and is very hard to hear for the first couple minutes.
They ask her about how PF and KB met. She goes onto explain how they met on the internet.
At this point they ask CB to point out in the court room who she believed her daughter to be dating. You could tell she was very hesitant to look at him. She pointed and they asked her again can you describe him. She said, the one in the blue shirt. (Just imagine every picture you've ever seen of PF and it was the same look on his face)

CB goes on explaining their relationship:
Met on internet, told her parents about him in December 2016~(2015? the dates kept getting scrambled)
In April of 2016(?) he came to Idaho and met them. At this time time she told her parents about their intentions to get married. A week after he left, she told them that she was moving to CO so she could really get to know him and be sure he is the one.
*PF told her not to worry about money and that she wouldn't need a job.
PF flew to KB and helped her pack up all her things a short time later.
This is where it gets very interesting
PF and KB headed back to CO and had an apt secured in Florrisant for her. They got back super late and didn't want to have to set anything up so PF told her she could just spend the night at 'ol Ma's house. OOFTA....bad decision.

Apparently SF woke up and was mad, called her a hooker and made her leave.
Didn't believe that KB actually had an apt*
CB mentioned that also whenever PF's sister was @ SF house, KB was forced to stay outside on the deck. (lovely family)

When KB got pregnant, PF never told his family. SF realized at some point in July and called her out on it. Threw her out of the house again at this point. (At this point she had moved to Grand Junction for a job after she realized money WAS an issue but was spending the weekends at SF's house).

It was around July/Aug 2017 that she was hired at Doss so was in the process of moving back when SF did this, so she found someone @ Doss who was renting out a room and moved in with them in Pueblo, I believe.
In Sept 2017, PF and KB were apparently going to look @ purchasing house, CB was going to help look. KB calls and says PF is pissed and he just wants her to rent something out and not buy.
CB came and helped her find a place to rent in woodland park, they decided woodland park would be best for relationship & job.
Oct 2017, KB has baby 3 weeks early. CB was there for birth.
KB's rental was only only going to be good through the winter, but the people let her extend it a little longer.
In May '18 CB and DB came back and helped her buy/move into the new place in the same complex.
During this visit she saw PF a few times. Also mentions that in a previous trip to CO she has met SF and ate dinner at her place 4~ times.

They talk about KB's first birthday party at KB's place. Only PF was present, no one else in his family came.

part 2 in a bit.
Wow, so she was thrown out twice at MaF's house.

Then she had to stand outside on the deck whenever PF's sister visited MaF's ranch?

To me, it sounds like he groomed Kelsey- she truly didn't know him at all when she moved out with him.

He also fed the negativity to his family, in my opinion. He obviously didn't love her enough to stand up to his mother and sister! They probably thought that Kelsey "trapped" him by getting pregnant, to which in MaF's eyes, proved her point about Kelsey being a hooker. See where this went? That scum bag treated women like trash- even KK, who he was having an affair with, he demanded her to come and clean up his mess at the condo! He pits these women against one another. I'm just willing to bet that PF made it sound like Kelsey begged him to help move her out there, things weren't good at home, blah blah.

Now we know for a fact that the sister clearly hated Kelsey- her posts on here certainly wasn't kind and sympathetic, but hostile filled.

Thanks so much for this report. We are being spoiled by your summary tonight. Much appreciated!

Well, to be honest, I think it's the opposite.

Kelsey came from and exudes class and grace. Hard working, educated, was an instructor herself. Independent. Came from a religious upbringing.

They couldn't hold a candle to her and they knew it. So they demean her and call her names like junior high kids, bully her. What they probably hated the most was that they couldn't wear her down- she had family and friends that kept her going, believed in all the good in her, knew she was no trash.

They couldn't compete. Pure and simple. I mean, we had a prime example of that last year in the first couple of threads with his own darling sister- trashing Kelsey all over on here at WS and on social media- until her brother was arrested and more evidence came out. Now, crickets from her.

They were beneath Kelsey.
So many similarities to the Watts family. How they treated SW when she was alive. How they treated her memory when she was murdered. How they raised their son. The hideous mother. The venomous lie-spewing sister. It’s like a blueprint for raising a murderous son.
