WHUUTTT????
please tell me it's not what I am thinking.....

I can see KB using a candle warmer if she was afraid to keep a lit candle with toddler in the house. Of course, PF's intent for the candle warmer was simply evil.

Have you seen today's Google Doodle on their home page. In honor of this trial, it is a cowboy with a lasso GIF....

I hadn't seen it but just checked it out. How totally cool is that?

It’s actually for Will Rogers’ 140th birthday, but we can say it’s in honor of this trial.

If I were the defense attorney, I'd slip a sedative in Patrick's coffee before somebody says the wrong thing and sends him flailing. He can't hold this stance forever.
I see his crack coming when they start talking about the money. If DA May presents how much money PF will now lose, how he will be poor FOREVER, how he will NEVER get his hands on the money he thought he was entitled to, the money PF thought was HIS, the money these women kept him from...I see a snap. At least I hope.

He went to the Verizon store on Dec 11th. What day did he meet with his bro, and hand over the phone. IIRC, that was the same day that KK "lost" her phone in Idaho?
Verizon store on Dec 11 was his second trip to the store. I believe his exchange with CBI and brother at burger stand was prior to second trip. Hold on....

ETA: I believe this exchange took place between Dec 4, 2018, same date as KK replaced her phone (see arrest #42).

11:30 a.m.

Slater said he called Frazee, who said he was with his brother Sean running errands in Colorado Springs. Slater said CBI agents met him at the Five Guys restaurant in Colorado Springs where they took Frazee’s phone. Slater said Frazee wanted to talk with a lawyer before talking with law enforcement.

Laugh out loud- who goes to the bank to get surveillance tape and expects to get it from a bank teller? Just what was dumb trying to prove?

Now we know why dumb decided to take notes of his story. He couldn't remember what day he killed poor Kelsey or when he went through the ATM. I wonder if dumber took such notes.
I think he knew exactly what day he killed Kelsey and when he went through the ATM.

He was trying to piece together the timeline and check to see if the video evidence would match his story.

What's so obvious is his lack of skill in higher thinking.

He told the bank manager he was trying to set a timeline for where he was "the day before." He was getting together with her to see about custody of their child. He said she was last seen at Safeway but she talked to her mother on Sunday.

The bank manager said, "If you don't know when she went missing then how will this timeline help you?

He then responded, "Well, exactly."

Maybe this is why the jury was asked if they thought they could think critically.

Imo

Are you thinking PF left it on hoping it would start a fire?

Can you just imagine being a fly on the wall during this conversation?

Berreth's mother, brother and investigators take the stand in Frazee trial - KRDO
PK, an employee of the ENT Bank in Woodland Park told the court that on December 5th Frazee and an unidentified male entered the bank and asked to review ATM surveillance video.

[...]

PK says Frazee explained that he and his fiancee had broken up the day before. He said she hadn't been seen, and that he needed to have a timeline of his activity for that day.

PK ... says Frazee responded, "All I know is after she was seen at Safeway, she talked with mother Sunday and no one's seen her since."

... She told Frazee, "Well, if she talked to her mom Sunday, then she didn't go missing on Thanksgiving."

Frazee ended the conversation. The other man seen alongside him in a still-picture from the surveillance picture wasn't identified in court.

[...]

I think the best/only chance of PF showing his true colors, would be for him to take the stand.

Not that it has any chance or happening.

I can picture it though. DA May would have Viehman conduct the cross examination, as a woman pushing PF around would enrage him.

“That’s quite the small ranch you have there...”

Nothing says I'm giving someone space quite like being captured on camera at the door of person they are giving said space to...11 times... the day they disappeared.
EXACTLY!
and the oh I can't remember when we "exchanged" the kid ...even though he was at the door at least 11 times.

Investigator: Camera spotted Frazee at Berreth's place 11 times on day of alleged killing
So if she pleads the 5th again, then what? Pros can offer immunity?

A neighbor’s surveillance camera “captured” Patrick Frazee at his fiancee’s front door 11 times on the day she was allegedly beaten to death in her living room, an investigator testified on Monday.

[...]

The images were recorded between roughly 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. on the day Berreth, 29, went missing – lining up with claims by Frazee’s mistress, Krystal Lee Kenney, that Frazee killed Berreth before showing up for Thanksgiving dinner at his mother’s house that afternoon.

At roughly 1:30 p.m., the man investigators say is Frazee, 33, entered the home with Berreth, who was carrying poinsettias, and their infant daughter, Kaylee.

[...]

And when the man leaves later that afternoon, he is seen carrying the baby, Mininger said. The person on camera is wearing a light-colored T-shirt and ballcap.

Mininger was the last of 13 witnesses to testify on Monday, and he hasn’t been cross-examined, so the defense hasn’t had a chance to poke holes in his analysis. That’s likely to happen when he resumes the stand on Tuesday morning.

[...]

The footage was captured by a home surveillance system installed by a neighbor, Mininger told the jury. To preserve memory, the system deletes the videos it records after seven days. But in this case, Mininger said he managed to obtain still images from the neighbor's cell phone – left behind in the phone’s “cached” memory by automatic notifications she received through an application.

[...]

Frazee asked her to show him surveillance images from the credit union’s ATM on Thanksgiving Day, asking if a child seat could be seen in his truck. He also wanted her to verify a purchase he made at a Walmart on the holiday.

In explaining his request, Frazee told her he had split from his fiancee, that she had gone missing on the holiday, and that he needed to assemble a timeline in case custody became an issue.

But a moment later, Frazee told Key that Berreth had talked to her mother on the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

“I stopped the conversation, because I said if she talked to her mother on Sunday then she wasn’t missing on Thanksgiving,” Key said.

[...]

On Dec. 11, Frazee stopped into a Verizon store with a variety of questions about a second phone on his Verizon account.

“He specifically asked me if the other phone on his account was destroyed, if there would be a way to get information from it,” said David Felis.

During their encounter, Frazee seemed “paranoid” and “sketchy” and at one point asked him to step outside to discuss the issue further. Felis declined. He ended up relaying an account of Frazee’s visit to investigators.

[...]

The jury also heard from Berreth’s supervisor at Doss Aviation, who called her an accomplished flight instructor beloved by her students – right up to the time when she abruptly said in a text that she was leaving Colorado. Prosecutors say the text was from Frazee or Kenney, and they sought to highlight differences in grammar and tone to prove it.

[...]

One investigator, Woodland Park police Sgt. Andrew Leibbrand, said the air was thick with a “pleasant” odor from a scented candle on a warmer.

[...]

Mininger is eya xpected to resume his testimony about the neighbor's surveillance pictures at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
. I wonder if it shows him using a key to get in any of those 11 times I’m Pretty sure he didn’t leave it unlocked if her body was in ithere but I’m really sure that he said he gave Kelsey back her keys when he gave her back her gun does anyone know

Oh I’d love this, but I agree sadly it ain’t gonna happen.

But so fun to envision.

This is the same guy who left a bloody crime scene behind for a day and a half.

I think he made quick trips outside, perhaps to check and see if anyone was coming. I don’t think he would have been concerned that someone was just going to walk in the door.

He could have stopped them anyways.

Well we know there was some blood in the bathroom
He wouldn't have been concerned about where blood went since he wasn't going to clean it up.

The fact that so much was under the hardwood floors makes me think he dismembered her in the living room.

I still suspect the bathroom blood was from him cleaning himself up though I guess we'll know much more when we hear where blood was on the ceiling.
