We also heard CBI Agent Gregg Slater review other evidence pointing possible motive. That includes letter showing #PatrickFrazee was in default in a $72k loan. He had been paying #KelseyBerreth $700/mo in child support but made last payment in June 2019. @csgazette

I still don't understand why the timing on the photos is not nailed down solid. I thought that the pics were sent through an email that could be recovered. Are they saying they can't confirm what time the app sent the photos, and there were no timestamps on them?

I do hope that someone gives Sam a heads up as to explaining this more tonight, or the other reporters, as the print version I'm just not getting what it means when they are out of order and may be off a few hours.....

I'm not a techie! What I understand is that the images were retrieved from the cell phone's cache. Someone else will have to explain how that effects the timestamps. MOO

He backed himself into a corner by writing his alibi out, and every relevant part of it can be proven to be a lie.

He wasn’t feeding cattle, he was committing murder. He’s literally caught on camera multiple times in direct conflict with his “alibi.”

From looking at the picture of the driveway posted upthread a bit, it looks like there is plenty of room to park, without blocking anyone else in.

I don't think you need to live in the country to know not to block guests in with your vehicle, if possible.

PF was not a visitor to the place. He was a resident. It is a western courtesy not to block the guests in with your vehicle. SF2 might not know that. He was twenty years of age when SF1 bought the place, so it seems unlikely that he ever lived in the country. JMO

So does this mean that the Prosecution has more witnesses still? Did they just not have them ready in the courtroom today when they got through the ones they thought would take the whole day?

As for the black tote that allegedly changed positions in #PatrickFrazee pickup, defense attorney Adam Steigerwald suggested an alternate explanation. He pointed out that Frazee stopped at a Walmart and purchased a number of large items including dog food. @csgazette

Steigerwald said #PatrickFrazee can be seen in parking lot surveillance loading items into the bed of his pickup but that another vehicle blocks some of his movements.

Prosecutors have also talked about finances between Berreth and #PatrickFrazee. Frazee was late on payments on a $72k loan and had been paying Berreth $700/month in child support for many months. His brother earlier said the family had clashed over deceased dad’s $400k estate.

Wow - what a douche. So instead of continuing to pay child support and his other bills, he decided that it would be better to get rid of KB? And then what, run off into the sunset with KK? Another thing that keeps bugging me is that I've read on the posts that KK said she did what she did because she feared for her life. That just doesn't add up to me. I think she was madly in love with PF and he was madly in love with her like some crazy Bonnie and Clyde story and that is why she did what she did. He did it for money and she did it for love. She just made up the story of being afraid of him thinking that saying that will help her get out of trouble. Sorry, I went off the topic at hand.
