Damn straight!

I had no doubt this case was strong, but this is above and beyond all expectations.

It’s only day 3, and the prosecution has so much more to reveal.
FIST PUMP FOR KELSEY!!!!!

Kelsey Berreth murder case: Patrick Frazee’s brother — who is a Colorado police officer — takes stand in murder trial – Canon City Daily Record

SABBM:
Sean Frazee, a spitting image of his brother albeit with a mustache, described his relationship with his brother as distant.

“I don’t know that we’ve been on bad terms, we just haven’t been close,” Sean Frazee said of his brother.

Sean Frazee was not asked by either prosecutors or his brother’s public defenders whether his brother acted differently during Thanksgiving dinner at their mother’s Florissant home, and Sean Frazee did not offer up any such analysis.

Sean Frazee said he arrived at the Florissant ranch about 2:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Patrick Frazee and did not arrive at the house until about 5 p.m., after the family had already eaten, he said. Patrick brought his and Berreth’s daughter, Kaylee, with him, Sean Frazee said.

Patrick Frazee previously had told his brother that he and Kelsey Berreth had separated, and on Dec. 3 Patrick Frazee told his brother that Berreth’s mother had reported her missing, Sean Frazee said.

“He explained to me that her grandmother was sick and that she may have been visiting her sick grandmother,” Sean Frazee said.

Sean Frazee was concerned, he said, but didn’t know what to think because he didn’t know Berreth.

“We were really praying that she would be found healthy and alive somewhere,” he said.

Sam tweet screen cap of his handwritten alibi list etc.

They also touched on a handwritten note from Frazee that appears to be an alibi for Nov. 22. View the top paragraph of this email for what that note said.

Nothing spells guilty like an Alibi Script!

I guess we'll see a handwriting expert.

Wow, he actually wrote "approximately" in a note to himself? Very strange.

It sounds like his explanation to his family for being late was that he was checking on cattle.
I wonder if someone else will testify to that.

Imo

Morning notes: - Defense makes a clear point that not once is Frazee caught on neighbor surveillance carrying the black tote. His clothes also show no blood. - Defense also pointed out changes in shadows, trying to strike doubt in them. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

ETA: Photo reminder of privacy wall between neighbor and KB unit, and probable camera placement (white).

Don't believe there are any "full-body" camera images of KB or PF. MOO

Defense is really pushing that "no blood on his clothes" line- how many times have we heard that same line now in the last three days? Is that all they got?

If Patrick didn't have her body in the black tote, which is clearly shown in a different position when he drove by on his way home to the ranch, just where did they think Kelsey was? Still inside the condo, taking a nap?

Are they really going to try and spin this into Krystal showing up two days later, to do the deed and clean up by herself?

Absolutely!!! Dan May not done--not even close.

Thanks.

Im amazed at the pace of the trial. It really is moving fast and Im really surprised PF has not tried to plead guilty in this case for maybe a small reduction in sentencing. Like 99 years instead of 199 years would be fine with me. :)

I dont see how PF or his defense expected any chance of winning this case with all that is coming out. The defense would have known about all this evidence during discovery so how in the heck did he think his defense has a chance.

I suppose we have to let his Defense take a turn first but gosh I dont see any way he will be able to counter this damning evidence.

Sweet save!

As for the black tote that allegedly changed positions in #PatrickFrazee pickup, defense attorney Adam Steigerwald suggested an alternate explanation. He pointed out that Frazee stopped at a Walmart and purchased a number of large items including dog food. @csgazette

Steigerwald said #PatrickFrazee can be seen in parking lot surveillance loading items into the bed of his pickup but that another vehicle blocks some of his movements.

Is PF's attorney a free Public Defender?

From looking at the picture of the driveway posted upthread a bit, it looks like there is plenty of room to park, without blocking anyone else in.

I don't think you need to live in the country to know not to block guests in with your vehicle, if possible.

Yes, and when Pf's name is brought up, I'm sure the first thing everyone is thinking is about how courteous he is. I'm sure he's even more courteous than the most courteous Southern gentleman, even.

And the prostitutes added up.

What’s the betting Ma said that thing to Kelsey knowing full-well what he spends his money on.

And what’s the betting he was trawling for a ‘rich’ girl in the first place. Poor Kelsey got caught in the net.
IMO

I'm thinking Patrick equated "pilot" to "rich girl" when he spotted Kelsey online.

Bet you're right on the hookers.

So does this mean that the Prosecution has more witnesses still? Did they just not have them ready in the courtroom today when they got through the ones they thought would take the whole day?[/QUOTE]

They have KK (who could last for days) so we're just getting started.

Wow! Motive.

We also heard CBI Agent Gregg Slater review other evidence pointing possible motive. That includes letter showing #PatrickFrazee was in default in a $72k loan. He had been paying #KelseyBerreth $700/mo in child support but made last payment in June 2019. @csgazette

ETA: 2019 is a typo. It should read 2018

I suppose PF still thinks they can't prove he killed her without a body.

No idea what the lawyer is thinking.

And Slater covered a fateful discovery: when investigators received phone records showing that #PatrickFrazee called Krystal Lee Kenney at roughly 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 22, about when he was allegedly seen leaving #KelseyBerreth’s house.

At the time, Slater knew that #KelseyBerreth’s phone had last pinged in Idaho, near where Krystal Kenney lived. “It sparked my interest, yes,” he said on stand. #PatrickFrazee @csgazette

Of all the many idiotic things this moron has done---calling his accomplice at the precise time he was leaving the scene of the brutal crime has to be among the dumbest....

It led the detectives right to the one person that could put him in prison forever. :p

  • #1,238
I'm wondering if all the discouragement of courtroom reporting, pictures, etc., wasn't because of pf, but because of someone else who testified....

  • #1,239
Didn't we go through this loan last year and learned it was for a bunch of feeder calves he'd
bought but hadn't sold them yet so thus he hadn't paid off the loan?
Right, but you are not supposed to go into default. My rancher relatives have to put in big expenditures sometimes for equipment etc---but you have to make the small payments until you get the cash to pay it off.

There’s a couple “Bingos.”

His debt, and the fact that he couldn’t afford child support.

Those incomplete custody documents which show what he was thinking.

The prosecution doesn’t have to show motive, but they just have.
