And secondly, he didn’t give a whiff cuz he knew he could count on good ole molly maid to clean up his mess.

Hard to believe, why would KB put her baby in a storage room? If he did that before he attacked her she would wonder what the heck he was doing. Unless KK means a back bedroom, but that condo is pretty small.

That was my thinking up until she began testifying. I thought she saw Kelsey as a rival, and was happy to see her gone.

Now I’m not so sure.

PF wanting Kelsey out of the way, would have signaled that she and PF were done forever. KK didn’t have a challenger anymore.

When PF first started talking about the alleged abuse of baby K, and moved into the solicitation, KK actually approached a work colleague, basically looking for an out.

She wanted the childcare system to handle the problem, and was reluctant to move forward with his request.

This advice proved fruitless, as PF had already claimed that DCF wouldn’t take his allegations seriously.

So it’s not like KK just jumped at the opportunity to rid herself of Kelsey. As we also know, she expressed reservations to friends of hers, to include that wonderful lawyer couple.

So I’m not as high on the idea that KK wanted Kelsey gone as much as PF did.

Respectfully, ... and all my own opinion.

KK was a mandated reporter, RN. This is standard yearly training for all medical personnel. We are taught to continue to make repeated reporting for Child Abuse. She knew she could call anonymously to the child abuse hotline and anonymously to LE. She knew DCPS had to investigate. She knew PF had photos of burns. She knew what needed to be documented to prove a claim.

If not for mandated reporting training and speaking with her lawyer friends, I might just might buy this story.

She wanted KB completely out of the picture, never to be see or heard from again. She was jealous, revengeful and vindictive. She wanted to eliminated any competition. KK was competitive, we know from her rodeo days.

PF was a good father to his child, his friends bragged about it. He took her everywhere, had the love she craved.

She killed her unborn child to please PF and she helped kill KB.

But it plays for a nice story to the jury and provides a good alibi to improve her integrity to the jury.

It is the back bedroom on the first floor. Came out several months ago in court or discovery or somewhere like that.

Frazee trial: Kenney says Berreth's daughter present for murder

Prosecutors picked up with questioning of Kenney on Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. Court was to start earlier in the day, but Frazee was sick to start the day and Kenney wasn’t feeling well either. Frazee took medicine and was feeling better, the judge said.

Judge Scott sells said that he received information that some members of the public were trying to record portions of the trial, so he modified the decorum order to require members of the public to turn their phone off entirely, lest there be “a severe consequence.” The media decorum rules remain the same.

There was a brief break when the video was paused because the judge had heard a report that somebody was drawing a sketch in the courtroom. Adam Stiegerwald, one of Frazee’s attorneys, identified a man who was called up to the stand and said he was drawing and taking notes. The judge had denied a sketch artist for the trial on Oct. 31. Deputies were directed by the judge to rip out the sketches and they did so, removing multiple pieces of paper from the notebook. The judge warned if it happened again, he’d be held in contempt of court, with a sentence that could land him six months in jail.

More deputies were brought into the courtroom to watch over those in attendance.

Around 11:45 a.m., they resumed playing the body camera footage.

i guess you would have to believe pf to think the burns were a result of action of KB, right? why would you believe pf? serious and respectful question.

He should have done something with her car if he wanted to make it appear as though she left on her own. He would have been caught anyway, but nobody believed for a second that she'd left on her own with her car, suitcases, and makeup still in the house. MOO
