Something I’m still confused about:

The burning took place at Nash Ranch.
Sheila was not at Nash but was at home.
How then could KK see Sheila come out on her front porch? Even if the two properties are adjacent, you’re talking about a lot of acreage.
The burn site is on Frazee’s ranch.

The moronicity is off the charts. As soon as I heard of the bashing plan with the metal Pipe. My eyes about rolled out of my head. As if it's one,and done thing. No mess,no hassle.
How did he ever manage to tie his own shoes? Without help?
...he didn't, that's why he wore cowboy boots.

Don’t get me wrong, I still think PF is going to prison for the remainder of his life. But, you know one path the defense will go down is ... “Did you actually see the body in the tote?” “No.” “ Did you smell an awful stench like a burning body?” “No., just gas.“ Mama Frazee did you see or smell anything?” Silence. No body. No smell. How can you be sure? Where is she? Did PF tell KK practically everything except where he dumped the remains? And this is why I go back and forth on why KK thought the body was in the tote and if it was just items and the body was already somewhere else (hence no smell). How could there have been NO flesh burning smell? I doubt KK is lying about no smell, but she didn’t see a body, and I can’t get past this no smell thing. Is no smell POSSIBLE? Ugh.

Actually -- I think Defense alluding to KB was killed "elsewhere" may come back to haunt them.

Planting that seed may be enough for the jury to believe that PF killed KB in her Condo, burned evidence of the murder at the franchette, and likely disposed of KB's body "elsewhere."

The keywords here are believing that PF swung the bat, and ended KB's life. I think we've seen ample, corroborating evidence of that.

KB is gone without a trace. No sign of life since Thanksgiving 2018, and PF is responsible.

MOO

The burning occurred at the Franch (PF and Ma’s residence).

Nash Ranch is where the body was stored for about a day and a half.
Oic, thanks. Do we know why he moved the body? Seems like it would’ve been easier to do the burning at the same place where the body was stored, and not have to move it. And not create an extra witness, as he did with his mother

KK’s repeatedly appalling lack of judgment coupled with her profession is damn scary.

And I hope her ex has gotten her parental rights terminated.

Go time.

UPDATE: Krystal Lee, the prosecution's star witness, comes under agressive cross-examination by #PatrickFrazee's public defender.

Public defender Adam Steigerwald repeatedly questions Lee about if she's aware she could be facing the rest of her life in prison, if she didn't cooperate with investigators and accept a plea deal with up to three years of prison time.

If you have Google Earth, copy these coordinates and paste them into the search window for Nash ranch barn. A pin will drop onto the barn roof:

38°40'34.56"N, 105°23'33.28"W

Copy and paste these coordinates and a pin will drop onto the canopy over the gas pumps at the Conoco station:

38°56'44.35"N, 105°17'31.03"W

Copy and paste these coordinates and a pin will drop in the exact location of the alleged fire at the ranchette:

38°57'21.07"N, 105°17'36.41"W

Source: Google Earth

Here is the post with the lat long coordinates, that last one where the fire allegedly occurred shows 2 buildings fairly close together, maybe one is the neighbor who didn't see the fire.

Steigerwald also sought to poke holes in Lee's testimony that she left clues at #KelseyBerreth's house and on way back to Idaho. If she wanted to be discovered, he asked, why not contact police before the killing about #PatrickFrazee's previous murder requests?

Steigerwald reviewed Lee's testimony from Wednesday and earlier today.
"That's the story that you had to tell those agents to get your plea deal, is that right?"
"I had to tell them the truth," Lee responded.

I would think the same thing. But recently, a young lady was burned in Salt Lake right behind a house in a residential area (MacKenzie Lueck). I don’t believe anyone reported smelling the type of odor you would expect.

MOO

If I remember right the neighbors in Salt Lake City did say after the fact that the fire smelled awful.

I'm not so sure that I agree.

She does deserve to serve time. She knew about this murder coming, she was a part of it all- the attempts, the clean up. Kelsey's family suffered through hell this past 11 and plus months.

Her sobbing just doesn't touch my soul, sorry. Her only regret in all of this is that they were both caught. In order for her to continue to remain a free woman, she has no choice now but to testify. So any little time that she may have to serve, I want that for her. Kelsey didn't get a second chance at life, she's gone forever- no more memories with Baby K, her parents, her brother. Meanwhile, Krystal went off and had a hell of a good time partying after she clean up Kelsey's blood in the condo and helped PF burn what the heck was in that tote.

Someone said awhile back, that ranchers burn farm animals when they die- is this correct? Could that be the reason why there was no unusual odor- to them, it wouldn't be any different, smell wise, if they've burned animals before in this manner.
Thank you for this, a thousand times!

I like how they could clean up this horrific, gruesome murder and burn a body, and go get Sonic and eat greasy pizza feeling just fine, but now suddenly their poor stomachs hurt. Too bad Kelsey isn't around to go pick up some meds for them.
Yeah, really.

Sorry that I just can't muster up any sympathy for either one of them.

Steigerwald also focused on the three times that #PatrickFrazee asked her to kill #KelseyBerreth, which Lee backed out of each time. One of those times, Lee drove from Idaho with a baseball bat in her car, which Frazee asked her to use to kill Berreth.

Good coaching here. Right answer.

Once... just a little splash of gasoline on a pile of leaves/branches almost burnt off my arm that I had used to flick the lighter. Big expl0sive fire. Singed all the way up to my ear with just the area my tee-shirt was covering my upper arm. 2nd degree burns. I am thinking diesel fuel also.
Too bad the two of them didn't get blown to Kingdom Come that day.

What caught my eye as well from yesterday's testimony was KK recounting how PF said it was "inhumane" how he killed KB with a bat and "he wouldn't do it that way NEXT time." NEXT TIME!?! He was planning to kill someone else?? Like.......who?? HER, mummy dearest, sis? But does she report the murder? Nah :(
ed:gr
This is another statement where I find myself doubting it’s validity. It’s hard to imagine PF saying he did something “inhumane” (hard to imagine him having the thought plus it’s an awfully big word for him to use). If he did say it. it’s entirely possible he said it to frighten KK into line. It’s also not hard to imagine KK fabricating it to make jurors believe she had reason to be scared. This would be one lie that no-one but PF could challenge and if he did nobody would know who to believe.

I think she may be lying about this particular statement, but I believe many others. And I believe PF is guilty of murder.
