Today, the evidence matches the story, piece by piece. KK knew the story and told it, yes for a drastically reduced sentence.

Dan May paid a high price for KKs testimony, insuring 100% justice is served for KB and her family. That's all there is KB is gone.

MOO
JMHO, her testimony was gold for the prosecution.

He thought he was so clever too. No body, no case.

Whoops.

When do you think it’s gonna hit him that he’s done? Today should do it
planning his appeals, I imagine (eye roll)

Dan May has so much evidence, he told us. He exceeded all expectations.

The case is national attention, they had it all and more.
Everyday we drop our jaw, scratch our heads and say WTH, I can't believe it.

The Prosecuting Office, FBI, CBI, numerous Sheriff and Police departments have done an outstanding job and we get to meet them.

Dan May is producing an award winning show. Hopefully released to the public.

DAN MAY... Ain't Makin No Deal

MOO..

Dan May has done an astounding job. When is his term up? If he is retiring, I wish him only the best ! Bravo Dan May!

It was the only thing that made sense. He wasn’t trying to act innocent, and didn’t do the things that people who are innocent, or are feigning innocence, would do.

He shut up. Lawyered up. And was basically saying “you think I’m a murderer? Prove it!”

It was a challenge.

If not for that tiny little slip of telling Stepfather Moore he wanted to kill Kelsey and that, oh, by the way, I won't leave a body. Then, oops! It came true. Stupidity wiggles its way in every time.

That taped phone call with Moore makes me hungry for more of the same. I think they're coming!

And KK looks totally pathetic to me as she recounts her history with PF.

I mean, not ONCE does she ever say that he tells her that he loves her.

Some say that she was obsessed with PF, and maybe she was? But you would think that she would somehow imply that PF told her that if KB were gone that they would be together.

Not one time is this ever mentioned. PF chose HER because he thought she loved him enough to actually do it. Turns out, he was wrong, and I think that played into his rage. MOO

Cannot agree more - and we still have what? 60? More witnesses ? Holy cripe how many people did he talk to? I’m believing that DA And company found every single person he ever whispered anything to regarding KB
I. can’t . Wait.

(But am glad court is closed Monday I need to catch up on my other cases)

I still do not understand why he hated her- she did not have to move to CO, bear his child, etc. She had a good family, a good job.... what was the whole point of this? he invited her out there and commenced a relationship with her. he could have just had his affair with KK. why all this hatred and violence? I will never get it.
I don't think he knew her well enough when he moved her out to Colorado. She was reserved, quiet, and kind and he likely thought she was vulnerable.
They were only together for a few months before she got pregnant.
That's not long enough to truly get to know someone.

Once he realized she was intelligent and becoming more independent he probably realized he could not control and manipulate her so easily.
I'm guessing that made him angry and resentful.
He was likely furious when her parents bought her the condo.

Maybe she was starting to stand up to him. They probably argued about how to raise the baby.
Maybe she didn't adore him as much as when they first met.
Or maybe he just lost interest in her soon after the baby was born.

Either way, I think he knew there was no way she was going to let him have custody. No way he could get around having to pay her child support.
So he decided the only option was to get rid of her.

Imo

@srg What do you think?
Patrick started to view Kelsey as an inconvenient and aggravating object. But more importantly, because she was the mother of “his” child, he couldn’t discard her like normal breakup without killing her. Psychopathic Patrick couldn’t consider shared custody, because Patrick doesn’t share. He wants full control and compliance, whether through threats, punishment, and/or ultimately through murder.

He's A-MAZ-ing, isn't he???

Sadly for the 4th Judicial District of Colorado, DA May is term-limited.

His term ends after the 2020 elections.

Hey, maybe he'll decide to run for higher office, though, like Governor, or something!

Oh, My, Gosh, better yet: Maybe he'll try to unseat Judge Sells!!!

He'd sure get my vote, the fact that I don't live in Colorado, notwithstanding.

@gitana1 ... We so need your expertise. Please :)

Can PF automatically appeal or does he need a reason?

If he needs a reason .... as well say in the south....he'll be hard put to find one.

Circus tent, no...video, tweets, drawing, can't walk on the side walk, and much more. What WTH could he find?

Please, say no appeal...please :)

We are missing out on the visual evidence. And I also want to see the big, slobbery bloodhound, Radar. He sounds like quite the dog.

I’m a couple pages behind so apologies if this is a repeat. I believe this is an article about Radar (him’s a big boy!) and I believe it counts as MSM. Please report if I’m wrong on that.

Bloodhound, handler pitch in to help

Good question. I wish LE had given more info on what other chemicals might have interacted with the luminol to give odd results? Perhaps they didn't want the information in the public domain? IDK.

Years ago not so common but nowadays there are already quite a few advertised solutions that claim to be able to get rid of DNA. Mostly used in a lab setting to decontaminate surfaces before any testing.

Maybe she used one of them that interfered with luminol.

ETA - deleted link to product as they are all easily found with google search

Once again, a look at Patrick's Internet searches could prove helpful.

He may have found some chemical spray that would cause exactly that reaction.
"How do I destroy phone data? Burn phone? Smash it?":rolleyes::oops:

It’s quite unbelievable isn’t it? And seriously I think KK really tied everything up for the prosecution confirming that this is the strongest case altogether they could put on for full convictions and I can’t wait to see if other charges come after this trial!

ug. does anyone think he has killed anyone else?

I edited, and bolded the above.
This is possibly how PF spoke to Kelsey, the night before her murder, while she was helping him with cattle.:(
Also, his probable shouting at her, when using the bat.
Unbelievable.
MOO.

This is also how PF allegedly talked to KK in 2007 when he threw a Gatorade bottle at her. KK stated she got in her vehicle and left Colorado. (She stopped taking his calls, and started dating her now ex-husband).

KK alleged this is how PF talked to her in Autumn 2018 when she was at the Franch babysitting baby K and cleaning up for him. PF berated her for not diapering the baby correctly, and for probably overseasoning the roast she had in the crockpot.

After that day, KK suspected there was no truth to the child abuse allegations by KB, and nobody could do things right for PF.

Another girlfriend interviewed on Dateline March 2019 made similar allegations about PF.

The same pattern of abuse, different victims.
