I sometimes think he killed her at the condo because he hated that she had a condo. Or maybe just convenience.... if he really had no emotions, would he be so volatile and nasty?
Interesting idea. He certainly had no concerns about tracking her blood all over the house even after the murder.
I had always thought he just didn't care because it was KK who had to clean up but maybe he was also showing his resentment for Kelsey.

He killed her in such a violent way, in the one place she felt comfortable and safe with her baby, and then made sure to leave her blood over almost every inch of the house.

Imo

Wow - @PommyMommy do you think we can copy this post to the media thread ?
Absolutely. Please do! :)
Not to mention do some laundry!

Has everyone else been eating fast food?!
What is food? :confused::p
It sounds like he called KK to tell her that the police had his phone and that she should also "come get these horses" if he gets arrested. Didn't KK testify that their code word for discussing the murder was to talk about selling horses*? If that's the case, what do we think he actually wanted KK to come get if he got arrested? Did he have some evidence stashed away somewhere that he wanted her to take care of in the event of his arrest? Or was he actually talking about the animals on his ranch that SF threatened to call animal control about? And why did he ask about the red barn at Nash Ranch when he knew he was being recorded? I don't feel like PF's smart enough to try to misdirect LE by asking a question that's not relevant. We know LE found the discolored hay but could there have been something else at Nash Ranch near the barn that we have not heard about yet?

MOO.

*ETA: Correction-- KK and PF's code used was "Breeding Horses" (Thank you @Hatch ).
Still, the mentioning horses seems like a code to me. JMO.
I'm hearing you, G. There's something fishy about that. I don't know what it means, though. MOO

If PF and/or Ma were going on the run, we may very well hear what was in the cars (large amount of money, clothes, food for baby, etc.).

Flight is an age-old indicator of guilt and used in courtrooms all the time.

Remember Scott Peterson's car the day he was arrested? All his stuff was laid out for the jury to see.

And, O.J., of course!

You wouldn’t but others might. Certainly KK did. She was so submissive that after completing her hazmat activities, she brought him food!

“Woman, I want you to go clean up muh Murder scene. And then.. get in the kitchen and fix me a sammitch!”
Laughing!! Needed some laughter after today.....

As great a job as I think he has done on this case , let's not overlook he is surrounded by a outstanding team.
True dat. It’s so impressive, the detailed in-depth forensic investigation and then the prep work for a speedy trial that is taking place 11 months after she was first reported missing. Compare to Florida, where Mark Sievers is only just now going to trial and Dan Markel’s killers’ trials are still pending. Colorado does not mess around!

What a day! Dan May ... is amazing. I wish he would go over to Connecticut... there is a case over there that really needs him.
I think CT is doing just fine without May's help. Have there been murder charges in the case in CT? A sweet deal cut for the mistress? Nope.

Thank you! It was bad the fist three weeks but I’m all better now! I’m still using the whole 6 weeks off though, it was perfectly timed for the trial!
I remember hurrying back a few weeks after a surgery that called for 6 weeks off work.

I think I thought I was irreplaceable.
We can be such dummies!

Good for you for giving yourself lots of time to heal, IM.

Agreed! He rocks!! He could probably be used in many states gettener done!!

Anyone else have any specific things they hope to get answers to? I’ve had 90% of my questions answered already, some still just awaiting forensics remain.

My biggest remaining question that I don’t think we’ll ever get an answer to though is where PF and SF were headed the early morning when he was arrested. I know in the grand scheme of things it’s completely unimportant but I’ll never get that vision out of my head. Seeing him arrested and SF in cuffs, best day!

I’ve followed this case from the beginning, I was unable to post but was able to catch up in the media thread thanks to @PommyMommy and her great job in keeping that up! I’ve been off work due to a surgery since 10/10 and I don’t have to be back to work until 11/25, I’m so happy I get to post and participate for Kelsey.
The things I would like to know are 1) did PF know that LE was coming on the day he was arrested, 2) if so, who tipped him off, and 3) where were they planning to take baby K?

The murderer in CT is out eating sushi and living in a home owned by the mother of the wife he killed.

I'm going with DA May and CO on this one!

Come to think of it, maybe Kelsey questioned a burn mark on Baby K, and Patrick turned it around and tried to blame her with the curling iron at her condo. They have a stove in the middle of the room, to which the baby could have burned herself- we have a wood stove in our fireplace, and that thing gets hot so fast. I can't believe they didn't have a baby gate around it. Yikes!
Now wouldn't that be the perfect gaslight response by PF.

In this video, reporter Daniela Leon says that PF told JM he would have his clients watch KB instead of charging them for work.

PF also told JM that he wanted custody of Baby K and he figured out a way to kill KB back in April.

Day 6 of the trial against #PatrickFrazee here’s what you need to know. We ended the day with emotional testimony from #Frazee’s lifelong friend. Watch for the explosuce testimony

Do you have all the murder charges for the state of Connecticut memorized?

If you do that's one sweet memory you've got.

Yup. That was the first case I followed. I also remember his horrible dye job and beard.

Well there’s no murder indictment, so there’s that.

Just sayin, even Ann Rule considered Ted Bundy a friend.

For a while. She certainly didn't consider him a friend after she found out what he did.

This keeps standing out to me each time I read it.....KK's dad said he remembers she was really soft-hearted. That's past tense.

I thought that was strange wording as well.

A decent friend?! Integrity?!

Patrick talked about this to him in April, 2018 and the decent friend didn't tell anyone?

He knew Patrick's brother was a cop. could he have mentioned this to him?

LE may well have said there was nothing they could do (which would be a lie) but someone could have gone to Kelsey so she could have left town.

Just like the Dalia Dippolito case....

@Nudgee said exactly what I was thinking. You can watch one of the Dalia trials on CourtTV's "trials on demand" on their website.

and this (dbm) went to trial?????
well no wonder his attorney was snarky with KK and then left it...THERE ISN'T ANYTHING ELSE HE CAN DO.

I thought this too. All this other evidence explains why the defense could only attack the plea deal. Everything KK said was corroborated by other evidence.

Actually no I cant fn believe this. This is by far one of the most strongest prosecution cases I have ever seen.

Especially for a no body case!

A few threads ago a nurse I think told us about a chemical used in hospitals to obliterate blood. Could that be how the townhouse and the truck gave up confusing results? A nurse would know how to get her hands on such a substance.....

MOO

Best solution for cleaning blood is H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) It can be purchased at any health food store at 35%, although you would never use it at that strength. Very caustic. It is used in the food industry for cleaning machines.
Many months ago I posted an article, easy to find on the net, A Clean Getaway.

Question for medical personnel - my child once hit his head and the amount of blood was considerable for a small wound. One of the issues I am having as a non-medical person is how on earth KK cleaned up the blood scene so well in just 4 hours. By police accounts and CB and CB2 accounts, no blood was obvious. It is hard for me to believe someone could clean THAT well. Do not get me wrong - I believe he did it. I am just wondering if her medical knowledge gave her experience or knowledge that the average person does not have. For the scene described, I would think it would take days, as well as more days to kill the overpowering bleach smell. Can any medical people help me understand it?

I'd honestly just love to see what this genius googles in general. (outside of the murder stuff)

Not medically related but KK did testify she used to clean houses.

Once again, nurses do not have access to anything that the general public doesn't have access to as far as cleaning up blood - and certainly no magic solution that will make it disappear to forensic techniques. The fact that KK used to clean houses is FAR more likely to have been of benefit to her in this scenario than the fact that she is a nurse.

Dan May has so much evidence, he told us. He exceeded all expectations.

The case is national attention, they had it all and more.
Everyday we drop our jaw, scratch our heads and say WTH, I can't believe it.

The Prosecuting Office, FBI, CBI, numerous Sheriff and Police departments have done an outstanding job and we get to meet them.

Dan May is producing an award winning show. Hopefully released to the public.

DAN MAY... Ain't Makin No Deal

MOO..

I'm thinking this as well. If there was any deal, I'm sure it came at the cost of allocution - something PF will NEVER do.

Good question. I wish LE had given more info on what other chemicals might have interacted with the luminol to give odd results? Perhaps they didn't want the information in the public domain? IDK.

Oh, it's in the public domain - smoking in close quarters, heavy dust, bleach, etc can all cause luminol to react.

what bothers me about the tooth at KB’s home....PF was in such a rage , eventually chasing poor KB around and mad she lived as long as she did...how in the heck did he know that a tooth was in the vent....did he see it fly, did he walk around looking at his trophy mess....who goes and looks for a tooth in a vent? Did he plant it for KK to retrieve to see if she followed his instructions? I guess people like him...just more proof how evil he is...

This bothers me too. Did he examine her mouth after he killed her? Did he see the tooth fly out? Ugh.

Friend testifies Frazee said, ‘I figured out a way to kill her’

SABBM:

Julie Nash, who co-owns Nash Ranch, told May that she leased grazing rights to Frazee and that he had a lease for the area, including the barn, as well as a key to the ranch, in November 2018. Nash said nobody else was leasing the ranch at the time and that she knew Frazee kept items in the barn, including a tractor and hay.

May then called Elizabeth Police Department Office Mike Hurst, who also previously worked for the Teller County Sheriff’s Office and who specializes in working with K-9s – including bloodhounds, tracker dogs and cadaver dogs.

Hurst introduced his 140-pound bloodhound cadaver dog, Radar, who is trained to detect human decomposition and can pick up scents from a body, fluids, and other human remains.
Hurst said he and Radar have spent more than 5,000 hours training and have been in the field to find bodies or scents 30-40 times. Radar has never had a false hit, Hurst testified.

Radar searched around the tractor and around the barn and showed interest in some of the hay bales inside the barn, Hurst said.

He said Radar sat after he smelled the hay bales again near the bottom of them, which indicated a positive hit for the smell of human decomposition.
Hurst said he saw stains on the top of the 12-foot hay bales, so he decided to get on top of them.

Prosecutors showed a picture of the top of the hale bale taken on Dec. 21, showing indented hay that was discolored – brown or possibly dark red – and which looked wet. Hurst said that spot is where Radar indicated again once he and Hurst were atop the hay bale.

I'm thinking the blood must've leaked out at the wheels :(

People like him? How about people like KK? She's just as evil as PF and she's been given an incentive to lie. She claims she left clues for LE. All she had to leave is the crime scene and the tooth.

JMO

Answer me this,

You can acknowledge and obviously have quite distaste for KK but can't do the same for PF with all the evidence that has piled up against him.

the really sad thing is, abusers/narcs/psychopaths always project their own intentions/motivations/behaviors onto other people. I would bet he was abusing baby K and KB was planning to go for full custody bc of it. The only thing more dangerous than leaving an abuser is suing for full custody - a waving flag that proves the abuser's abuse.

Yeah - right....and KB was the child abuser.

Just catching up. What a jaw-dropping day!
Someone hand the defense a towel to throw in.
