Definitely. I wish this process didnt take yearsAgree but even then, SW's nails would have still caught him somewhere. Will be interesting to see the police pics.

My brother was a drug addict who went to prison a couple of times. He preferred prison over the County jail. I would tell him, I am praying that you have to serve your whole sentence in the County jail and he would say every time, stop! He knew he could get drugs in prison and he couldn't even get a cigarette in the County jail. The only time he ever got in a fight was in the County.Yeah. It seems much more casual in jail as opposed to prisons. People transferred to prisons always seem scared.
I think he was the verbal/mental abuser type not physical at all.It is possible. I'm just not there with the domestic abuse.
If you open a phone with a fingerprint, you think can change the passwords? And then you could open it later? Forensics and the phone will be interesting.
If you have ever been strangled and pinned down by a strong man your first reaction is to try to get their hands off your neck which is impossible but that's your first instinct and you don't even try to fight with your hands in a more effective way like hitting it's literally trying to pry hands off your own neck.Would she still not fight though? Fight or flight?
Or if you are thinking straight, for DNA purposes...True but after a few seconds or so of trying that and it not working- would you try to scratch at them in other places to make them stop? I mean none of us know what we would do in a situation like that until you are in it. God forbid any of us ever find that out.
MSM reports stated he did confess. But that is all moot. In my opinion he is a murderer.

Also doesnt the phone go off of the warmth of the finger as well. If that is true it would have had to have been done immediately or the hand re warmed. That just creeps me out more thinking about it
It really isMy mom always told my sister an i that growing up. If anything happened to her- make sure they check under her nails. there will be dna. And she always said for us to do that too. Scary the times we live in now!
I have been in this situation you are not thinking about DNA you are literally trying to get hands off your neck and not fighting in an efficient manner. I had bruises bloodshot eyes and the perpetrator had no marks what so ever.Or if you are thinking straight, for DNA purposes...
Like optical scanners, capacitive fingerprint scanners generate an image of the ridges and valleys that make up a fingerprint.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying in every instance that would be the case. I'm just curious about possible scenarios.I have been in this situation you are not thinking about DNA you are literally trying to get hands off your neck and not fighting in an efficient manner. Can you just imagine your own son is involved? I really can't! I would be so devastated to learn my grandchildren were dead and my dil, but then to learn my son was involved? I can't even imagine!I can’t imagine how his dad felt, walking into this. He would have been in a state of shock trying to digest that his DIL and grand babies were gone and that his son was involved.
Scratching isn't effective. Stomp on an instep. Knee to the groin. Fingers to eyeballs or nostrils. (Disclaimer: Not a defense instructor, just read a lot.)True but after a few seconds or so of trying that and it not working- would you try to scratch at them in other places to make them stop? I was thinking that iphones used heat sensors as well. I need to read up on that. I know if my hands are cold- the fingerprint deal will not work for me
