This was discussed on an earlier thread, but to summarize, the test is for decomposition. It would not be able to tell time of death, but would potentially prove/disprove the claim that SW & the girls died in the same day/night. For example, if he killed the girls the day before she got home, there would be signs of decomposition in their hair but not SW’s. It won’t show any difference if they died within hours of each other.
Yes, this test isn't anywhere near that sensitive.
We are talking a matter of less than 12 hours between the earliest possible time of death (ie: just after the Sunday birthday party) and the 5:57 am time they were placed in the truck from where the hairs have been sampled.
This won't be able to give us really precise information
