In Colorado, autopsy results are public record. The prosecution says that they don’t want them released, and risk tainting the jury pool. I’m taking this at face value.

I realize that - hence the motion to seal them in the first place. IMO it's going to take more that a tainted jury pool to have the motion granted. JMO

We’d need a lawyer to chime in, but here in Massachusetts, the autopsy results are usually sealed until trial. I think this motion will be granted, but we’ll see.

That's what I thought as well - the skin tone is so smooth with no redness, discoloration or spots. Looks like a good quality foundation and primer. Maybe he picked some up at Sephora with the alleged AP TB!!

Each state is different, but generally, each side gets a limited amount of peremptory challenges and unlimited for cause challenges. Peremptory challenges allow a potential juror to be excused for any reason other than race or gender.

For cause challenges are based on bias, inability to be impartial, etc.

Before the jury is impaneled, both sides must confirm they are satisfied with the jury.

I am curious what he meant by she barely let me ?
IMO, "she barely got barely gotten into bed" is indicative of when he strangled her.

I just listened to it several times and am not sure he said "so, like, she barely let ME..." but maybe more of a slur along the lines of "so, like, she barely let mean" as if he intended to say "so, like, she barely let, I mean..." The "me" part is a bit tricky.

But still, what was he stumbling over, indeed? She barely let me sleep? She barely let me get a word in edgewise? She barely let me explain?

For me it doesn’t. If he had a dozen Botox injections in his face, and was reading from a script, he couldn’t have showed less emotion.

Respectfully - I disagree that he had to snap bones and I think there's a possibility of a bigger reason as to why the prosecution filed the motion to seal the autopsies. I don't know what the reason is, but that's my opinion.

Well if his lawyers stay quiet about the release of the autopsies as well.

Then it's a good chance that the information will not help CW

One of Nick Thayer's quotes from the ABC interview has always intrigued me. I think we're missing a bit of context (sounds like there's a cut between the sentences) but the part about the FBI agent saying CW was "looking for ideas"... What do you think he was doing? Text below:

Nick Thayer: "He was worried with how this... how he's being looked at, you know what I mean. Like, he was worried with what people were saying."

So, he stayed at the friends' house on Tuesday night, then went to the police voluntarily? At that point it was to report their having gone missing? Do we know anything about the impetus to go to the Police station? I did read somewhere that the same couple he stayed with also called the cops when he left.

He did stay with the Thayers on Tuesday evening and they called the detectives when he left to pick up his dad from the airport Wednesday to discuss his behavior and things he had said and done while in their home. I did not know he voluntarily walked into the police station. I’ve not seeen that confirmed?

They will say the murder (of Shanann) was not premeditated. That's the most important goal for them.

He manipulated the most important evidence in any murder - all three dead bodies. They were at the very least moved to two locations (truck, oilfield), dumped in oil tanks where he *knew* trace evidence would be affected, and allowed to decomposed for days, which would have been longer if he had is way. As for other evidence, we have no earthly idea yet what evidence he tampered with, IMO. Please correct me if I am wrong here...
