So imo “he’ll hath no fury like a woman scorned” still could deem equal as a motive to a few thousand a month to a man that imo was in a relationship and could have moved in and shared expenses with AP or got a small efficiency apt instead of spending his life in jail

Yes, that's what most people do and what CW should have done. Sadly, there are far too many cases where 'fathers' do kill to avoid paying child support. Some are cold and calculating about it, like pushing a 4 year old girl off a cliff or leaving 22 month old boy in a hot car. Most of them are so enraged about having to pay any child support they will generally just kill the mother and sometimes their kids as well without any plan.

Your theory might hold water if she had committed suicide, or killed him, after killing the children SHE loved more than life itself. But it was too late for him to set up a faux suicide and she did not kill him it seems. I can't understand how you think at all so I will stop debating you.

I believe he has psychopathic traits but not necessarily an actual mental illness. What is your opinion, with the understanding that you may hesitate considering you have not evaluated this person, and it is just a general opinion?

He definitely didn’t seem to show much remorse or empathy in his interviews or in his behavior. The other traits of manipulation, aggressiveness, hostility, and impulsiveness...I feel like we don’t have enough information. Obviously killing SW and (IMO) the children is aggressive, and possibly impulsive (maybe, I’m still on the fence about premeditation) but I don’t know enough about his pre-murder behavior. I know that’s a lame answer. But I would say it’s certainly a possibility that he has some psychopathic traits but unlikely to have APD.

Another thing to note is that people with antisocial personality disorder and associated traits often have a disregard for authority or the law, which means conduct problems in childhood and run ins with the law. We haven’t heard anything like that from CW.

The State to advise the Court once autopsy results are completed. Thereafter, a hearing will be held to determine possibility of public disclosure.

No, that is not what I am saying. I just pointed out that a seperation for reasons other than a third party involved is one thing, and then to find out a third party is involved is another.
