No. To be honest I only met him a couple of times and he was very quiet both times.

What money no alimony was guaranteed or proven yet and freedom would be divorce. He was all ready in a relationship. And if he was leaving her for another woman what do you think her reaction would be? IMO anger and revenge is is also a great motive

He'd have three kids. How would he avoid paying for their care? The only way would be if he was taking primary custody. Would he want that if he was moving on?

Divorce hardly means freedom when you have 3 children.

If he was leaving her for another woman, I am sure she would be hurt. But it wasn't a big surprise. Why would she strangle her babies over something she already knew about for awhile already?

Why would she want revenge in that way? She loved those girls with all of her heart. It would never occur to her that she would kill those babies, IMO.

What I am wondering is about him. What was he like? Did he lie all of the time?

I see a very prominent liar who is in the news daily and people believe the lies or dismiss them. Is that what CW was like and people dismissed them or was he a swell guy like the friend said—-( the man who had the birthday party.)

There's no evidence he's been a compulsive liar. There's tons of evidence that he, like many murderers, lied after he killed his family because he was scared of getting caught.

IMHO (forgive me if I ramble, haven't had my first cup of coffee yet, but I can smell it brewing) he killed the children first. Not just to be rid of them, but to punish SW. I also believe he showed her what he'd done. At that point, sick and tired, she would either attack him or collapse, I believe she was totally over-whelmed, collapsed, and was easy prey. She may have wailed and was heard by the neighbors who thought it was the dog, Later the dog did cry and the neighbors decided all that they heard was the dog. I believe the punishment thing fits; he puts her in a grave separated from her children and the children are placed in separate tanks.

Just my opinion, but that’s what I think too. And told the girls Mommy is making him hurt them. Truly hope I’m wrong.

I don't think that we can sleuth her first marriage.

She was able to move on from her first marriage and get over it though mentioning it was hard in her. She didn’t strike me like a loose cannon who could’nt control herself. She was more a pick yourself up and move on with it type IMO.

I may have misunderstood your post, did SW know for sure that CW has moved on? If so, how long did she know?

If I remember correctly, Colorado has 50;50 custody as a default, therefore it isn't a forgone conclusion that the alimony would be a big issue. I've seen nothing to date that implicates that it would be an issue, have you?

Hmm. I guess I figure any story involving the personal relationship between two people is likely to include personal information about both parties. Again, though, I prefer to be extra cautious, but that's moot as it's likely within the realm of "sleuthing" the ex, imo.

I know lots of people who jokingly say "I have OCD", including my 11 year old son, to mean they are anal about neatness and order. It doesn't mean they have the actual dx, which is very different. I say "oh my god" all the time, even though I don't believe in that higher power. Yes. I think it was as simple as that. He lied to keep from going to prison. He doesn't have to be a compulsive liar to do that. Or to lie about having an affair. To me there's a difference in that and being a compulsive liar.

I don’t think this was a diagnosis like the lupus. I think it’s often tagged on someone who is very organized and well prepared. There is a disorder that requires medication to manage life when the compulsion is so great life is not normal for instance must check over and over if oven is off, door is locked etc the way I understand it this is a chemical imbalance in the brain, much more serious and debilitating than just wanting to have things organized. MOO
