If there wasn't a side door to the Watts garage, it means that the keypad
that Chris told LE was "broken" had to have been the door inside the garage that led into the house (shown in Xmas Eve video when SW goes to get CW's phone inside the garage).
Key pad is on exterior, and opens the overhead garage door.

Happy Saturday, everyone.

I love it when you post these photos, but man, how gut wrenching.

It was immaculate. The inference was that she managed to get possession of CW's sperm, and he did not know this, nor did he provide his consent.
Glad to have missed that one.

It’s possible (JMO) that they were in a dispute with the HOA and withholding funds in protest. We live in a condo building, and there have been a few legal battles between a resident and the board. It’s not that they’re in financial trouble, it’s more that they’re disputing a charge.

Maybe the Watts’ outdoor grill wasn’t regulation or some little thing like that, and they refused to pay the fine.

As to who was in charge of paying bills, it’s my opinion that Shanann was at the very least involved in financial decisions. She seemed to be an independent and savvy woman, and I doubt she was clueless about their finances. IMO
It that a possibility? That an outdoor grill is not regulation? Sorry for the ignorance, I live where I can definitely string out my clothes line, I haven't had a dryer for 23 years.

The only thing appalling is what CW actually did. He actually shoved his daughters into oil tanks. Yeah, appalling.
I don’t condone any actual disposal if children in oil tanks nor do i care to do a re-enactment of such event that gratefully has been confessed to . This is hopefully testimony any family member won’t have to endure. Perhaps some close to the case do need to know. That is not for me to judge if they request it.

Many places around me you would get huge citations from the HOA for hanging laundry, I've seen places that don't allow grills, also. Also, some have rules about what kind of holiday decorations. They can get very picky!

Flossy- I’m having some quote issues. But wanted to respond to the garage keypad comment. My understanding is it was a keypad on the outer frame of the exterior garage door. You enter a numerical code to gain access to the garage without the remote. We have one so we don’t have to worry about lost house keys with our kids. It’s never broken though.

Has NUA stated yet that she saw SW access keypad upon returning home that’s fateful night?
I would think he had to enter through garage or another entrance since front door was latched. Unsure of entry point or method used to gain. as I don’t recall it noted I only use my garage. I would assume as well SW could moniter packages delivered to her door with her system and used the garage as well by remote since her car stayed there

Some of my family live in a very nice subdiv. They were taken to HOA "court" for putting a bare basketball hoop in their back entrance, you know the subdiv design that has a back "alley" for the services. Anyway, maybe the Watts did have an unapproved grill or maybe their grass was not mowed low enough. In that one photo of CW mowing the back yard, maybe he had just started out, but it didn't look like a close mow to me.

Per nUA, she entered through the front door that night. With a key or using the keypad, is unknown as There is a keypad at the front door also.

The next day, the front door keypad was working because she could open it to three inches before the latch prevented it from further opening? Or again, Nicole had a key also so she could have opened it with a key?. But she never said such either way as to how she open the front door in her interviews...
Not sure either I use my phone app fir my front door. I can send my friends and family an invitation code and get alerts when they use it. @Colorado303 what kind of front door lock did they use?

We don't know what part of the tank he confessed to "dumping" them in. That's why the speculation, on AB and here.

@Colorado303 also do you know if the loft where phone was found was between girls rooms? And if that room was used regularly ?

Sadly both families will be forced to endure a lot of torment during the trial thanks to CW's selfish actions. Just one more slap in the face for anyone who mourns the loss of Shanann and the girls.

So many times the victims get lost in their murderer's shadows. That's why I post the pictures of the girls and why PommyMommy posts the videos, so everyone can remember why we're here.

Probably would be in the confession imo so speculation not needed for myself

BBM Thanks again for doing that.

On the other hand, I am really interested in the mechanics of the oil tanks, the probabilities of which access he used. Don't forget, we were presented here on this board, with the theory that he emptied the tanks and lovingly and carefully placed his children inside. And that he was saving SW's reputation. But it doesn't look like that, considering what we are learning about the operation, function, and design of the tanks.

Since he has done nothing but lie from the start, it will be difficult for most people to believe anything he has said in his confession. It's hard to trust the word of a liar.

So perhaps you could find the time of death out as well could have also been in under two hours so rigor may not have set in as well
