@Mrspratcher @gitana1 @Amandaaa just curious if one of you guys know how long it takes to do final autopsy report in a case like this and generally when prosecution receives it . Is there any preliminary results they may have ?

Flossy- I’m having some quote issues. But wanted to respond to the garage keypad comment. My understanding is it was a keypad on the outer frame of the exterior garage door. You enter a numerical code to gain access to the garage without the remote. We have one so we don’t have to worry about lost house keys with our kids. It’s never broken though.

Has NUA stated yet that she saw SW access keypad upon returning home that’s fateful night?
When NUA dropped her off, she saw SW use her key to go inside through the front door

I’m just saying that IMO those who argue it is fair to discuss gruesome ways the children’s bodies may have been manipulated to get into the tanks because it will be discussed at trial must allow discussion of SW’s character and potential psychological issues based on the argument that although it’s hurtful, it will be analyzed in court.

I’m confused. Presenting evidence is necessary to gain a conviction. The prosecution has to prove he did it.

If he’s guilty then he has no reason nor excuse to drag his victim through the mud. Why should I be supporting that? I don’t understand.

That doesn't make any sense at all. He admitted to murdering her and her developing fetus, and admitted to "dumping" the kids into oil tanks. And putting her and their son into a shallow grave for predators to tear apart and feast on. Really, what aspect of SW's character will overpower that imagery? Will they show home videos where she says "he's got no game"?

I did not say or imply this.

It has been stated over and over again that they take as long as they take. JBR's took eight months. LE probably has knowledge of COD and TOD but they cannot release that without the report being finished.

I was asking legal experts merely because I wanted their perspective on it and process

@Colorado303 do you know why Bella was switching schools? Was it money ? Better education? Age ?

<snipped>If we cannot agree to consensus on the most basic definitions & terms here on this forum we really are lost.

Basic definitions and terms like direct evidence and circumstantial evidence still are not agreed upon by some. So yes, some are lost at the most basic building blocks for a case in my opinion.

A few days back I used the ignore feature in a multi targeted way, and it is amazing now how quickly I can just Breeze through the threads now.

I can still see the responses, so I still get the gist of what must have been said originally, without having my blood pressure raised. It's a breath of fresh air using that feature, and thanks to the folks up thread who suggested to use it.

It's seems discussing CW's confession isn't sound for some reason. CW showed LE where he discarded the bodies of his children and his pregnant wife but the autopsy report is somehow going to undo what he did? o_O
There's such a strong case against CW. I think some will be sorely disappointed at the findings. JMO

For those of you who think SW killed her children, what are you hoping to see in the autopsy reports that will prove that for you?

They have said the results can take several months. They may have preliminary results, but not that have been released to the public.

I know I'm not @Colorado303 , but it was stated because her birthday date, in the public school she would have had to wait a year before starting kindergarten. The new schools dates were different, allowing her in to their kindergarten program.

I have a feeling the autopsy results will incriminate him even more. That may be why the lawyers want it kept sealed. Jmo

I don't think that she got the chance to go, did she?
Wasn't that one of the statements on the porch where he used the past tense in talking about his vanished children?
