I don't think that she got the chance to go, did she?
No she didn't.

I don't think that she got the chance to go, did she?
Poor choice of words, sorry. No, she did not. I should have said "was going to attend kindergarten already".I don't think that she got the chance to go, did she?
There ya go. My original post was in response to someone saying she is not a professional. I quoted "legal expert" from Wikipedia. Either way, we are all free to choose what we believe from her and her experts.

It wouldn't surprise me if it is stayed at this time. However, unless someone is paying the mortgage on the house it will fall into foreclosure. If I were the HOA I would drop the lawsuit
I don't believe anyone has categorically stated they do believe that to be the case, just querying the possibility and waiting for more evidence to come to light. For those of you who think SW killed her children, what are you hoping to see in the autopsy reports that will prove that for you?
I agree. They can’t diagnose a dead woman in my opinion.Although at this time we have a great deal of evidence of one and no evidence at all of the other. We also have no way of knowing if potential psychological issues will be allowed in court. It seems to me they would need evidence to back that up. Jmo
I’m sorry. Do you mean we shouldn’t be discussing how big the openings were? What CW would need to do to fit his babies little bodies through the hole? The circumference of a 3 year old? Or all three?I don’t condone any actual disposal if children in oil tanks nor do i care to do a re-enactment of such event that gratefully has been confessed to . This is hopefully testimony any family member won’t have to endure. Perhaps some close to the case do need to know. That is not for me to judge if they request it.
I have a feeling the autopsy results will incriminate him even more. That may be why the lawyers want it kept sealed. Jmo

I certainly don’t want to do anything to upset family members, but with all due respect they don’t have to read this board if it’s too disturbing. I believe SWs family avoid it because of too many things said to tear her memory down by people defending a confessed liar/cheater/ murderer.
As more facts of the case are released, I suspect posters will conduct even more horrifying experiments w/measuring devices, family members, and other household items. Maybe even break out more string. Anyone offended by MassGuy’s experiment last night had better brace themselves because that’s what WS is all about. Or perhaps move on to another board not created to discuss forensic evidence....
@Colorado303
Were you ever inside the Watts house?
Could you look at the floorplan that @PommyMommy and I have tried to put together to reflect the Watts house. Are the girls' bedrooms right?
Where was SW's office? Was it next to the Master bedroom?
Was her office to be converted to be a nursery for Nico?
If there wasn't a side door to the Watts garage, it means that the keypad
that Chris told LE was "broken" had to have been the door inside the garage that led into the house (shown in Xmas Eve video when SW goes to get CW's phone inside the garage).
@Colorado303Sorry. I've only been outside her house. I can try and find out though.

We haven't had the defense POV yet, you're assuming this is the tact they will take, attacking SW's character. I'm not disagreeing it could be the case but it's still an assumption on your part. It’s not a problem for me. If you look back at my posts, I’ve been a proponent of discussing both sides. However, many here have become upset with posters who have explored the defense’s POV. Those same people are now saying they should be able to theorize on the gruesome details of getting the children's bodies into oil tanks. What I am suggesting is that you can’t allow one but condemn posting about the other. MOO
As well as prosecuting people for crimes the DA is responsible for making sure that those people get a fair trial.Remember it’s the Prosecution that wants it sealed.

I had asked earlier what all the autopsy report would disclose? Obviously it will note COD but will it also note if there are broken bones, burns, bruising, handprints, footprints, cuts, or whatever else might be apparent in an autopsy? I have seen some where it does note these things but I don't know if all of them do or are required to. Secondly, if the autopsy report is made public might it only be a portion that the public is able to see or is it all or nothing?I have a feeling the autopsy results will incriminate him even more. That may be why the lawyers want it kept sealed. Jmo
You bring up a good point actually. Our discussions have been somewhat limited in our speculations of SW possibly killing the girls, out of respect to the family and others who may take offense.I’m sorry. Do you mean we shouldn’t be discussing how big the openings were? What CW would need to do to fit his babies little bodies through the hole? The circumference of a 3 year old? Or all three?

I think it was a key — I know when they first were trying to get into the front door they used an actual key.Not sure either I use my phone app fir my front door. I can send my friends and family an invitation code and get alerts when they use it. @Colorado303 what kind of front door lock did they use?
I don’t. Sorry.@Colorado303 also do you know if the loft where phone was found was between girls rooms? And if that room was used regularly ?
I have never had that, although I had to make a police statement for an unexpected and sudden death and when we had gone through the events of that morning, a police person asked me why I had not bathed her, when she first woke in the morning in what I perceived to be a slightly accusing tone.
It was 5 am in the depths of winter.
I was more hurt by the number of friends who told me that they would not have been able to bear the death of one their children and would kill themselves if it happened to them. One of them did lose a child under the same circumstances a few years later and they are still alive, so obviously they just said that for the drama content or to push home the fact that they loved their children more than I did. Turns out, they didn't.
Yes, Jennifer, I had the same thing happen. People can be so utterly thoughtless. IMO.
