@sun16 I don't think it is going to be complicated as that to stop CW from inheriting assets from the estate based on the "Slayer Rule". Basically because CW killed SW, "slayer" being CW, would be treated as though he had predeceased the person who had been murdered, therefore his share of the estate would pass to her issue. Hence, why SW's family currently have access to their home and likely moving forward to ready the home for sale.
Yes! However he hasn't been determined to be guilty yet but probate would undoubtedly hold off on dispensing any proceeds to CW pending the outcome of trial.
At this stage CW had to have allowed the family into the home to take possession of certain items.
