I know! I feel bad for the work and strife we've caused!!
I've been absent but I do appreciate the hard work @Tricia and the her staff invest in having this forum for us.

There hasn't been anything on SW that didn't come from opinions of her SM, other than one VI who said "what has she done", someone who was admittedly close to CW.

We may need to stop thinking CW is stupid because kudos to him, his attorney, his father or whoever came up with the SW did it defense. It's kind of working. I have faith though he will get what he deserves.

I agree, serious kudos indeed. And I also agree with you; he will get what he has coming.

I've read them all. I don't recall seeing any solid motives on her part, just speculation from FB videos and posts.
And more importantly there is absolutely no evidence. Even the VI who supports CW said that if it turns out that they can prove he is guilty, he or she will accept it. Imo

Imo there has been quite a load of disclosures of SW that have led me to believe there is more to the story. I also believe imo she could have possibly had motive and emotion to strangle the girls. I At first doubted anyone but him could have done it all. I am in no way trying to pardon him of all wrong doing I am looking for justice as well. I am not linking any of his personality to a profile of family Annihilator. I can’t see this being preplanned. There are so many gaps for me to be filled. I’m happy some others feel this is open and shut but I think we have only touched upon the surface of what will be presented imo. This is an extremely emotional case. Those close to both of them may have good or bad things to say about either one. We have no idea what their phones and social media inboxes May reveal. It will be a ton of evidence and witnesses imo that will be presented to match both theories
You mentioned that Shannan could possibly have had "motive and emotion to strangle" Bella and CeCe. Could you please share your theory on what leads you to believe this?

Edited to add: As opposed to a man living a life of lies cheating on his wife, capable of dumping Bella's and CeCe separately in vats of oil, strangling his wife who was "actively" strangling his child rather than calling 911, thus killing she and unborn Nico both, covering them in dirt, and then preening with a smile in his shirt for the news cameras?
IMO

I agree, and since CW scrubbed his SM prior to the murders, no one gets to nit pick everything he said or did.
He dumped his kids in oil and lied about it, and that's the least of what he did.

She left her social media up, and somehow that's the worse crime.

I disagree. I know two neighbors in an older neighborhood just NW of the Watt's that have joined a neighborhood wide protest against that HOA, and both those two are doing well financially. This does not indicate anything, unless you can prove otherwise.

I know plenty of people who have taken on their HOA Over the silly fines. Some win some lose. I don’t know really what it says, but it’s the second sign to me that finances could have been unraveling for the Watts. The Assignment of the Deed of Trust is more telling. I’m thinking at this point there was financial stress between them.

Would anyone care to share what evidence they would need to sway from "SW may have done this" to "CW did all of this"? Is there anything that would sway you or cause you to change your mind?

Indeed it is coming. With the autopsies in and no modification in charges, **** just got very real for CW. The next few days will be busy ones for the defense and the DA. I expect we'll know by Friday whether the court is going to grant the People's request to seal the autopsies. JMO.

Oh, I sure hope you are right about knowing by Friday. I feel like I'm on a merry-go-round reading these threads with the same arguments coming up over and over and over again. But at the same time I can't stop reading. I want to know when something new happens. I think this might be the first case I want to follow all the way through trial. I usually lose interest once someone is charged and only keep up through the media threads (if at all). For some reason I'm hooked on this case.

I've wished more than once her family had closed it down instead of leaving it as a memorial. I doubt they could have imagined the type of dreadful aspersions that would be cast upon her by those that know absolutely nothing about her. The depravity of people is sometimes astonishing.

MsBetsy I am not as concerned with the outcome at this point because if it is determined that CW is guilty of all charges then people will obviously accept it. I am more interested in the process and having a fair and impartial trial <modsnip - unnecessary>

Or speculation to sway me from believing that CW is exactly who he showed me he is. Through his lies and unimaginable actions.
imo

Huge social media presence I reckon, makes it more real.

No one here has ever said they don't want a fair and impartial trial. Of course we do! I don't think that's a fair thing to say at all.

Literally no one wants a trial that isn't fair. But we are not members of a jury, and we can make our own judgements based upon the evidence we have, evidence that is incredibly compelling.

I have not read a word from anyone, who says that he should be convicted without a trial.

cailleach If and when the family wants SW's facebook account that is memorialized be removed/deleted it is a simple process to make that happen.

Even if we accept the 'bad things' that people say about SW, how does that explain CW's behavior and demeanor after the tragic incident?

If he really did see her in the monitor, strangling the 2nd child, why didn't he hit the panic alarm button? Why didn't call an ambulance to see if the child could be revived? Why didn't he scream at the top of his lungs for help?

His actions in that moment didn't make any sense. A loving caring father would put his child's life over his urge for revenge against his pregnant wife. How can you explain his actions? He sees his children strangled to death, then minutes later kills his only surviving child, also by strangulation?

Explain how that makes any sense?

And I do not accept that 'panic' excuse. What he did in the next few hours was not a panicked response. He backed the truck into the driveway, wrapped the bodies in garbage bags, and loaded them into the back seat. That was a measured, rational response. Not a panicked, unthinking response.

'And his calm demeanor the next day, where he smiled at the press and modeled his fave t-shirt. That looked like a man that was relieved and upbeat. There was no grief or suffering evident. How could he be so casual after seeing his babies doe a gruespme death?

So we can all pick SW apart and say she cruelly squirted her laughing child in a water fight, and forced them to sit on Daddy Santa's lap, and took them to the doctor too often, etc etc. But none of that can explain his total lack of regard for the dying children. JMO IMO MOO

Yes but that decision has enabled the state to be totally prepared to refute the nonsense as opposed to being ambushed. Now they know every last sordid allegation against her or insinuation about her.

So at first I thought it was a great way to turn the public against her but now I'm thinking it was a decision that may come back to haunt the defense.

Like I said, we have most likely made it into a bigger deal than it is. Re quoting the quote by the VI over and over is not helping, in my opinion.
When I read that, I thought if there really was something salacious going on, why would SW allow CeCe to continue to attend that school?

I'd argue that no one could have foreseen that her social media would be used in this way.

The character assassination is bad, but the connection that is being drawn from Facebook videos to murder, is beyond appalling.
